YL-500IW是透明传输模块,在不改变客户的任何数据和协议的前提,完成无线传输数据功能。

YL-500IW在稳定性上面,软件做了非常多的检测措施,保证模块在任何情况下都不可能出现死机或不工作,完全符合工业级的设计标准。

该模块相对一般模块具有尺寸小,灵敏度高,传输距离远,通讯数率高,内部自动完成通讯协议转换和数据收发控制等特点。

用户可以通过我公司配置的上位机软件根据自己的需求灵活配置模块的串行速率,工作信道,发射功率,通讯数率等参数。

500/600 Series II Mass FlowThe original 500/600 Series Digital Mass Flow Products introduced the Porter standard of versatility and cost effectiveness to digital MFC’s. The new 500/600 SERIES II instruments take those concepts to a higher level. The instruments in the new SERIES II product line feature expanded flow ranges; from 0.014 - 0.7 cc/min up to 33 - 1670 l/min and are available with maximum operating pressures up to 6000 PSIA. SERIES II Mass Flow Products can be factory configured to include up to 8 gas type and flow range combinations with an effective turn down ratio of 150:1. In addition they can be con-figured with Porter’s Flow Parameter Adjust (FPA) feature. FPA offers increased flexibilty by provid-ing user selection of both flow ranges and gas types while maintaining high accuracy and up to 150:1 effective turndown ranges for measurement and control.A newly developed software tool and available connection hardware allows communication with the MFC through a Laptop USB port. With this package, the selection of different gas types and flow ranges is simple and intuitive. As a result, Original Equipment Manufacturers are able to significantly reduce the variety of spare instruments they keep in stock, thereby reducing the cost of ownership. Users of MFC’s in pilot plants or laboratories can rescale their instruments on site, saving time and cost.Available Modelsate flow ranges are available. 测喇叭、耳机、动圈式话筒:用 R×1Ω档,任一表笔接一端,另一表 笔点触另一端,正常时会发出清脆响 量的“哒”声。如果不响,则是线圈 断了,如果响声小而尖,则是有擦圈 问题,也不能用。

测电容:用电阻档,根据电容容量选择适当的量程,并注 意测量时对于电解电容黑表笔要接电容正极。①、估测微 皮法级电容容量的大小:可凭经验或参照相同容量的标准 电容,根据指针摆动的最大幅度来判定。所参照的电容不 必耐压值也一样,只要容量相同即可,例如估测一个 100μF/250V的电容可用一个 100μF/25V的电容来参照, 只要它们指针摆动最大幅度一样,即可断定容量一样。②、 估测皮法级电容容量大小:要用R×10kΩ档,但只能测到 1000pF以上的电容。对1000pF或稍大一点的电容,只要表 针稍有摆动,即可认为容量够了。③、测电容是否漏电: 对一千微法以上的电容,可先用R× 10Ω档将其快速充电, 并初步估测电容容量,然后改到R×1kΩ档继续测一会儿, 这时指针不应回返,而应停在或十分接近∞处,否则就是 有漏电现象。对一些几十微法以下的定时或振荡电容(比 如彩电开关电源的振荡电容),对其漏电特性要求非常高, 只要稍有漏电就不能用,这时可在R×1kΩ档充完电后再改 用R× 10kΩ档继续测量,同样表针应停在∞处而不应回返。

一注意事项及有关说明●本手册用于商用车辆ZFLS转向系统的保养检测及其培训,请在工作前仔细阅读。

●拆装检修ZFLS转向系统时应务必仔细小心,特别是处理发生交通事故的车辆时。

●在拆下转向机转向泵等部件时,应将油放光。

尽可能将放出的油排在容器内。

放出的油不可再用。

●转向机为车辆安全行驶的重要部件,未经书面授权认可,请勿自行分解检修转向机。

ZFLS及ZF服务中心不承担由于用户使用保养维修不当所造成的任何损失。

●本手册不含更新内容,相关附加内容请参考有关维修通告。

●●▲小心:表示如不小心将造成人身伤害●转向系统正常工作时,驾驶员转动方向盘的力不大(约3 kg ), 当液压助力失效时(例如由于缺油),转动方向盘的力将增大(约45 kg ), 由于极少发生和不可预测,驾驶员的第一反应是方向打不动了,实际上即使液压助力失效,方向盘与转向轮之间的机械联动仍可实现人力转向,只是所需的转向力较大。

●为避免损坏转向机和转向柱,在车辆静止未发动时,转动方向盘的力不应超过70 kg。

●在转向机和转向泵上有ZFLS铭牌,其中XXXX 955 XXX为总成号(前4位为型号,如8098为Servocom转向机,7674为转向泵等),旁边XXXXXX为序列号,另外数字为压力值和出厂日期等。

●ZFLS为ZF Lenksysteme GmbH的缩写,总部位于德国中南部,为全球最大的汽车转向系统供应商之一,由德国ZF齿轮集团和Bosch博世集团合资经营,目前中国高端商用车辆上装备的Servocom转向机均由德国ZFLS进口。

二动力转向系统的组成用于商用车辆(中重型卡车,大客车等)上的ZF动力转向系统由下列主要部件构成:1ZFLS循环球摇臂式动力转向机Servocom 9090-8099由方向盘控制,在液压随动助力下,转向机使转向摇臂转动,通过转向连杆,使转向轮转动,从而使车辆转弯。

2ZFLS双作用叶片泵在发动机驱动下,为转向机产生压力油。

A system consists of 3 components: (1) cut-to-length threaded electrode rods; (2) single or multi-electrodeholder; (3) remote electronic module(s). The LVC500 Series operates ona simple conductance principle whereby a small electrical current is passed through the conductive liquid between 2 electrodes or an electrode and a metallic tank wall. For applications that require a separate start and stop point,a single control module, plus2 electrodes and a tank reference, is required. When several applications or levels are necessary within a single tank, anelectrode is needed foreach level (plus tank reference), plus amulti-electrode holderand a control modulefor each differential orsingle-level application. 本拉紧装置的特点是:(1)改善带式输送机工作时输送带的动态受力效果,特别是输送带受到突变载荷时效果尤其明显。

(2)响应快。

带式输送机起动时,输送带松边会突然松弛伸长,引起“打带”、冲击等现象。

此时,拉紧装置能迅速收缩油缸,及时吸收输送带的伸长,从而大大缓和了输送带的载荷冲击,使起动过程平稳,避免发生撕、断带事故。

(3)具有断带时自动提供断带信号的保护功能。

(4)结构紧凑,占地面积小,便于安装使用。

(5)可与集控系统连接,实现整个系统的集中控制。
