1.按下“POWER”電源開關﹐儀器自檢后到主畫面。
2.根據所需通道選擇﹕CH1﹑CH2或CH3。
3.來訊ΔU值測量。
將偵測線正負極分別與產品輸出端正負極相連﹐按“AUTOSET”鍵儀器自動鎖定波形﹐按
“△V-▽t-OFF”鍵直到屏幕顯示△V﹐然后按“TCK/C2”﹐選擇U-C﹑U-C2儀器自動顯示

①信号输入端(CH1 或 CH2):被测信号由此端口输入,端口的输入电阻为 1MΩ, 输入 电容为 25pF。

②通道选择按钮(CH1 或 CH2):此按钮可以选择所要观察的信号通道,可以设置为通
○4 扫描扩展按钮(MAG×10):当此按钮按下时,在示波器屏幕的右下角出现“MAG”,
此时光标在屏幕水平方向的扫描速度增大 10 倍,即每格代表的时间为原来的十分之一。
○5 水平位置微调按钮(FINE):按动 FINE 后指示灯亮,可微调扫描线的水平位置。将
位移旋钮调到头,扫描线就按一个方向缓慢移动,在扫描线移到合适位置后再将此旋钮往反 方向微调一点扫描线即停住不动。
道 1/通道 2 单踪显示方式及双踪显示方式,被选中的通道号在示波器屏幕的下端以“1:”或
“2:”的形式显示出来。
③灵敏度调节旋钮(VOLT/DIV VARIABLE):该旋钮是一个双功能的旋钮,旋转此旋钮,
可进行 Y 轴灵敏度的粗调,按 1-2-5 的档次步进,灵敏度的值在屏幕上显示出来。按动
一下此按钮,在屏幕上通道标号后显示出“>”符号,表明该通道的 Y 轴电路处于微调状态,
再调节该旋钮,就可以连续改变 Y 轴放大电路的增益。注意,此时 Y 轴的灵敏度刻度已不
准确,不能做定量测量。
④Y 轴位移旋钮(POSITION):此按钮可改变扫描线在屏幕垂直方向上的位置,顺时针
旋转使扫描线向上移动,逆时针ห้องสมุดไป่ตู้转使扫描线向下移动。

基本使用方法小结 1.X方式选择按键(HOR DISPLAY):通常选“A”方式 。 2.触发方式选择按键(SWEEP MODE):通常选 “AUTO” 方式。 3.打开信号通道,如果信号线插在CH1通道,按下 “CH1”键,使屏幕左下方显示“1:”,如果信号 线插在CH2通道,按下“CH2”键,使屏幕左下方 显示“2:”,注意,“2:”前不能出现“+”号, 如果出现“+”,请看第10步。 4.如果屏幕正上方有“TV”字符显示,按下“TV”键, 将该功能取消。 5. 按下藕合方式开关键(COUPLING),可能要多次, 通常设置为“AC”方式(在屏幕正上方显示字符 24 “AC”)。
6.触发源选择按键“SOURCE”:通常设置为与信号输入 相同的通道(如果信号线插在CH1通道,就设置为 “CH1”方式,屏幕正上方显示“CH1” 字符,如果 信号线插在CH2通道,就设置为 “CH2”方式,屏幕 正上方显示“CH2” 字符)。 7. 按下触发极性按键“SLOPE”:通常选上边沿触发方 式“+”(屏幕正上方)。 8.若有“MAG”字符显示于屏幕的右下角。按 “MAG×10”键将该功能取消。 9.CH1、CH2通道不能接地(即屏幕下方无“⊥”显示 ),若出现“⊥”则按相应通道的“GND”键取消。 10.若有“+”显示于屏幕的左下角,在“2:”前,按 “ADD”键将其取消。

The figure on the left shows a waveform captured by an analog storage oscilloscope, while the figure on the right shows a waveform captured by a digital oscilloscope with a 10 GS/s high-speed sampling frequency. When compared to the analog oscilloscope (on the left), you may see an apparent difference in peak level in the first pulsesection. The observed object is a signal with an amplitude of approximately 800 mV. The peak signal is not captured by the digital oscilloscope, possiblybecause correct observationis not possible with the digitaloscilloscope due toinsufficient sampling speed,depending on the waveformsbeing observed. Although thestatic electricity dischargingtest is just an example,it shows that the TS-SeriesAnalog Storage Oscilloscopecan easily capture extra-highspeed signals of this typeand display the capturedwaveform“as it is” in real time.SS-Series: indispensable for a wide range of requirements● Eye-patterns in optical disc manufacturing process When evaluating optical discs such as Blu-ray Discs, HD-DVDs, CDs or DVDs, eye patterns need to be observed. With this analog oscilloscope, accurate observation of the eye patterns of high-speed and high-density media is easily possible. * Blu-ray Disc signal eye pattern waveform ● Video head frequency modulation signals Input and output signals to/from video heads are frequency modulation waveforms. The voltage of recorded or read-out signals to/from the video heads is specified. To observe these FM signals, an analog oscilloscope is indispensable.* VHS deck head signal waveform ● ATM 155 Mbps signal eye patternsThe standard transmission rate for most networked communication systems is 155 Mbps (STM-1). The amount of jitter can be estimated by observing the signal waveform with the eye pattern and following the pulse mask standard. * 155 Mbps signal eye pattern waveformmeasured with SS-7847A (DC - 470MHz)● Full TV triggering TV-V (ODD field, EVEN field, BOTH fields) and TV-H are available. Line number selection in TV-V mode is useful for detailed evaluation of video signals. HDTV can be selected, as well as NTSC or PAL/SECAM (except for SS-7805A/7804A/7802A)● Switching power supply measurementA switching power supply unit with a higher harmonics measure switches the voltage of a commercial power supply at high speed. In terms of circuit operation, switching stops at the zero cross of the AC power supply. To observe this condition, an analog oscilloscope is required. Analog oscilloscopes are also superior when simultaneously observing voltage and current waveforms. Please read this Agreement carefully asthis Agreement governs the terms and conditions under which You are permittedto use Tektronix’s software and services.THE SOFTWARE, ENCODED OR INCORPORATED WITHIN EQUIPMENTOR ACCOMPANYING THIS AGREEMENT, IS FURNISHED SUBJECT TOTHE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. (FORINFORMATION REGARDING THE RETURN OF SOFTWARE ENCODEDOR INCORPORATED WITHIN EQUIPMENT, CONTACT THE NEARESTTEKTRONIX SALES OFFICE.)DEFINITIONS“Equipment” means Tektronix equipment that the Software is encoded orincorporated within or installed onto.LICENSESubject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Tektronix grants You anon-exclusive, non-transferable license to the Software, as followsTEKTRONIX SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENTYou may:e the Software with the Equipment, or if the Software is not encoded orincorporated in any Tektronix equipment, on no more than one machine at atime; and2.Copy the Software for archival or backup purposes, provided that no morethan one (1) such copy is permitted to exist at any one time, and providedthat each copy includes a reproduction of any patent or copyright notice orrestrictive rights legend that was included with the Software, as receivedfrom Tektronix;3.Fully transfer the Equipment to a third party but only if prominentlyaccompanied by this End User License Agreement, and such third-partyrecipients agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement; and4.Integrate Tektronix products that contain the Software into a system and sellor distribute that system to third parties, provided that those third parties arebound by the terms of this Agreement, and provided that You (i) do notseparate the Software from any Equipment it is incorporated into, (ii) do notretain any copies of the Software, and (iii) do not modify the Software.You may not:e the Software other than for its intended purpose as provided above in thesection “You may,” or in conflict with the terms and restrictions of thisAgreement;2.Distribute or transfer the Software to any person or organization outside ofYour organization without Tektronix’s prior written consent, except inconnection with a permitted use authorized in “You may” paragraphs 3 or4 above;3.Decompile, decrypt, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the sourcecode, techniques, processes, algorithms, know-how, or other information(collectively “Reverse Engineer”) from the Software or permit or induceany third party to do so, except to the limited extent allowed by directlyapplicable law or third party license (if any), and only to obtain informationnecessary to achieve interoperability of independently created software withthe Software;4.Modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works of the Software, or mergethe Software with any other software;5.Copy the documentation accompanying the Software;6.Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from theSoftware or any media relating thereto; or7.Export or re-export, directly or indirectly, the Software or Equipment, anyassociated documentation, or systems created in accordance with “Youmay” section 4 above, to any country to which such export or re-export isrestricted by law or regulation of the United States or any foreigngovernment having jurisdiction without the prior authorization, if required, ofthe Office of Export Administration, Department of Commerce, Washington,D.C. and the corresponding agency of such foreign government;e the Software or Equipment in any manner or for any purpose thatinfringes, misappropriates, or otherwise violates any intellectual propertyrights or other proprietary rights of any person, or any applicable laws;e the Software or Equipment in a network or system with other products orservices that are incompatible, insecure or not compliant with applicablelaws;10.Bypass, circumvent, damage or otherwise interfere with any security or otherfeatures of the Software or Equipment designed to control the manner inwhich they are used, or harvest or mine Tektronix’s proprietary content or information from the Software or Equipment.THE SOFTWARE MAY NOT BE USED, COPIED, MODIFIED, MERGED, OR TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PERMITTED BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.FEEDBACKIf You provide feedback to Tektronix concerning the functionality and performance of the Software or Equipment, including without limitation identifying potential errors and improvements, any comments, questions, suggestions, or the like ("Feedback"), Tektronix is free to use such Feedback without any attribution, compensation, or restriction in any manner to improve or enhance its products, irrespective of any other obligation or limitation between the Parties governing such Feedback. 10:1探头是在探头尖端至BNC接头间串入RC并联电路, 其中R是9MΩ,C是很小的电容(约在10PF左右)。
由于示波器的内阻为1MΩ ,因此探头尖端的讯号经过 10:1探头后,呈现在示波器端的讯号只有原来的1/10,这也 是这种探头被称为10:1探头的原因。

1)选择测量对象与光标的操作
按△t-△v-OFF 键选择△v(电压测量)或△t(时间测 量)。当选择△t和△v时,将显示两条光标(垂直或 水平)。旋转【FUNCTION】调整光标位置时,当 【FUNCTION】被按下或连续按下时,是对位置的粗调。 每按下一次TCK/C2 键 ,光标及其序号按如下变化: C1(光标1), C2(光标2) TCK(跟踪) C1(光标1)如图所示

4)输入信号得不到示波器的响应 ① 探头勾钩是否确实连接至待测电路节点。 ② 检查是否接通待测电路电源。在没有输 Autoscale 入信号的情况下按Autoscale。 ③ 检查是否接通使用的通道。确保经用 Entry 旋钮或Select钮滚动荧光屏至要求的通 道,选种它。然后,对每个应接通,但切断 的通道,按On。

消除探头负载效应 当进行测量时,若将信号直接输入本仪器,则所得到的测量结果可能受仪器本身的输入阻抗影响,其 输入 RC 常数为“1MΩ、25pF” 。若采用 10:1 衰减探头则为“10MΩ、22pF” ,负载效应将大为削减,而 测量精度将大为提高。 接地 在测量时,应将接地端口(CH1 输入接口左边)连接在被测量线路的接地点上。特别是在测量高频信 号时,接地点更为重要,必须将探头的接地引线尽量连接在与信号最接近的接地点上。 断电时(OFF*)的设定储存 当电源线断开或供电中断时,电源切断前的设定将被储存;当电源重新接上后,断电前的设定将继续 有效。内置的电池负责维持设定的参数。

① POWER :用于开启电源(ON)或进入预备(STBY)状态
电源开关 ON :表示此仪器已经进入操作状态(若接上电源)
OFF:表示此仪器处于备用状态,主电源已被关闭。此时若交流电源仍然接上,电源只会 向内置微处理器供电。当电源线被拆除或停止供电时,内置电池将维持内存面板设 定资料。

•确认电源开关为STBY后再移动电源线。
•当电源开关为STBY时仪器需于电源连接。
长时间不用仪器时要断开电源。

◊电源开关: 该状态表示仪器电源已接通。
:该状态表示仪器电源断开。
当AC电源与AC LINE INPUT连接时,电源仅供给仪器的微处理器。
当AC电源与AC LINE INPUT 断开时,初始化信息通过内置电池备份。
◊怎样读屏幕◊探头引起的负载效应当一根电缆线直接与被测电路连接时,由于仪器输入阻抗负载效应的影响,一些测量结果会被掩盖起来。
该种仪器的输入RC为“1MΩ,25pF“。
当使用10:1探头时,输入RC为“10MΩ,22pF“。
这样一来,负载效应大大降低了,测量结果也就更精确了。
◊地将被测电路的接地端与量测地(CH1 INPUT的左边)相连。
接地端对高频信号的精确测量十分重要。
将接地探头与被测电路的接地端尽可能近的连接。
◊电源为STBY或OFF时的设置当电源设置为STBY或OFF时,板面的设置将会被存下来。
当电源再次开启时,操作将重起用设置的板面。
当电源关闭时,鞭面的初始设置将有内置电池来备份。
2.1轨迹的显示及屏幕的调整操作方法和过程:①如下设置:屏幕INTEN,FOCUS:中等程度READOUT,SCALE:中等程度垂直轴CH1 POSITION:中间位置水平轴POSITION:中间位置触发部分TRIG LEVEL:中间位置②开启电源,将扫描模式置为AUTO,水平显示置为A。
约30秒后,有一轨迹显示于屏幕中间位置。
屏幕的调整③通过调整INTEN来调整轨迹的亮度。
④按INTEN(BEAM FIND)⋅调节垂直和水平偏转使轨迹显示于屏幕网上。
⋅确认后回到初始状态。
⋅若屏幕无显示,进行第⑤步骤。
⋅若屏幕无显示,进行第⑥步骤。
⑤通过调节READ OUT调节显示亮度。
每按一次READ OUT,将在ON/OFF间切换一次。
⑥通过调节READ OUT调节显示亮度。
⑦通过调节FOCUS调节轨迹的聚焦度。
当有输入时再次调整INTENSITY和FOCUS。
◊当亮度过亮时,轨迹将于聚焦之外,此时可通过调节FOCUS来进行调节。
◊当轨迹和屏幕亮度差过大时,轨迹和屏幕均会处于聚焦之外。
此时可通过调整INTEN和READ OUT将二者亮度调至同一水平。
⑧通过调节SCALE调节网格亮度。
如果轨迹受地球磁场的影响而倾斜时,进行步骤⑨。
调整轨迹倾斜度⑨用合适的起子调节前面板上的TRACE ROTATION,可以调整轨迹的倾斜度。
2.2 探头补偿调节匹配探头的波形。
确认探头的波形经过正确补偿。
操作方法及过程:①将CH1 INPUT和CAL OUT用探头连接起来。
②如下设置:CH1 VOLTS/DIV:10mV/div,AC/DC:DC,GND:OFF(GND 断开)SOURCE:CH1,SEC/DIV:200μs③通过调节LEVEL提供触发。
◊探头补偿通常的匹配探头没有探头感应功能。
只有SS-087R探头具有这种感应功能,电压范围和由于探头衰减率引起的补偿将同时被显示。
2.3 垂直和水平位移该功能用于将波形调整至易于观察的位置,或当两个或多个波形重叠时将其分开以便于测量。
操作方法及步骤:调节垂直位置①将POSITION 向右旋转,波形上移。
②将POSITION 向左旋转,波形下移。
调节水平位置①将POSITION 向右旋转,波形右移。
②将POSITION 向左旋转,波形左移。
③每按一次FINE,FINE的指示等亮或关一次。
FINE指示灯亮时,当调节POSITION时FINE操作完成。
在该情况下若POSITION旋到头时,波形滚动。
轻微回调POSITION可使波形停在屏幕中间。
2.4垂直偏转系统2.4.1 偏转因数将波形尺寸设置为易于观察的大小。
A.CH1和CH2操作方法及步骤设置TIME/DIV①通过调节VOLTS/DIV选择偏转因数。
⋅偏转因数的选择范围为2Mv/div至5V/div。
⋅偏转因数显示于屏幕的左下角。
设置V ARIABLE②按VOLTS/DIV;偏转因数显示“>”符号。
在该屏幕下,也可进行FINE调节。
③旋转VOLTS/DIV;偏转因数连续变化。
当设置的参数值达到最大或最小值时将显示“CH1 V AR LIMIT”。
通过再次按VOLTS/DIV取消“>”符号,可取消设置模式。
2.4.2 输入偶合根据输入信号的类型选择适合于观察的偶合方式。
操作方法和过程:选择GND①按GND将GND置为ON(GND的符号显示于屏幕的左下脚。
垂直放大的输入部分于GND连接时地电位轨迹将显示。
注意:当显示的地电位与实际的地电位不一致时,进行自动校正。
