1) run out of ...为及物动词短语,意为“用完了……”,而run out为不及物动词短语,后不能接宾语,意为“被用完”。

b. that引导定语从句students can easilywrite,修饰先行词poem;
c. a poem made up of five lines作cinquain的同位语;d.在同位语中,made up of five lines是过去分词短语作后置定语,修饰poem,可以改为定语从句which ismade up of five lines。这句话还可以这样表达:

本课主要是学习和复习本单元的话题词汇,一共设计了四环节,帮助学生理解并运用课文中的词汇和短语。环节一是通过从课文诗歌中找押韵的词帮助学生理解诗歌的韵脚;环节二是对阅读课中的重难点词汇的详解。环节三要求学生运用生词完成段落填空;环节四则给与学生自主学习词汇的机会,让学生通过对比分析了解词汇在文中的含义并能自己造句。本课通过教师引导学生在语句和语篇中学习词汇及了解词汇不同的语用意义,培养学生自主学习词汇和在情境中学习词汇的能力。
