Building Construction Contract
This Building Construction Contract (the "Contract") is made and entered into as of [date] and between [Owner's Name] (the "Owner") and [Contractor's Name] (the "Contractor").
WHEREAS, the Owner desires to have certn construction work performed on the property located at [property address] (the "Project"); and
WHEREAS, the Contractor has the necessary skills, experience, and resources to undertake and plete the Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements hereinafter set forth, the parties hereto agree as follows:
