基于霍兰德职业类型理论的大学生职业兴趣调查与分析

【摘要】根据霍兰德职业类型理论以福建江夏学院学生为样本进行职业兴趣倾向调查，分析了样本的总体职业兴趣倾向、倾向水平，并以性别和专业为因子进行方差分析。

研究发现，大学生职业兴趣倾向的顺序排名（从高到低）为企业型、社会型、常规型、艺术型、研究型与现实型；性别和专业对于大学生的职业兴趣倾向的分布有显著影响；大多数学生的兴趣分化水平不高。

在此基础上，提出了针对政府与学校的生涯教育、企业招聘和学生个体生涯发展的建议。

%According to the of Holland's vocational theory,we survey students'vocational interest of Fujian Jiangxia University,analyzes the overall sample's tendency and level,and analysis of variance for gender and major.Results show that the order of the college students'vocational interest (from high to low) is enterprising,social,conventional,artistic,investigative and realistic.Gender and major have significant impact on the distribution of college students'vocational interest.The level of college students'vocational interest is low tendency group (24.1%),medium level group (70.4%),high level group (5.5%).On this basis,we present some suggestions for school career education,enterprise recruitment,the government and the students themselves.
