英语作文初中范文八上
I woke up this morning feeling really tired. I must have stayed up too late last night watching TV. I dragged myself out of bed and stumbled into the bathroom to brush my teeth. As I looked at myself in the mirror, I couldn't help but notice the huge pimple on my forehead. Great, just what I needed to start my day.
After getting ready for school, I rushed downstairs to grab some breakfast. I was hoping for some pancakes or waffles, but all I found was a box of cereal. Oh well, I guess cereal is better than nothing. As I ate my breakfast, I couldn't help but feel a little disappointed.
As I walked to school, I couldn't shake the feeling
that today was going to be a long day. The sun was shining, but I just couldn't seem to shake off my bad mood. I tried to cheer myself up by listening to some music, but even
that didn't seem to help.
When I got to school, I realized that I had forgotten
to do my homework. I couldn't believe it! I never forget to do my homework, but today I was just so out of it. I knew I was going to be in trouble with my teacher.
Throughout the day, everything seemed to go wrong. I
got a bad grade on a test, I spilled my lunch all over myself, and I even got into an argument with my best friend.
I just couldn't catch a break.
Finally, the school day was over and I could go home. I couldn't wait to just relax and forget about this terrible day. As I walked home, I couldn't help but think about how tomorrow had to be better than today. It just had to be.。
