Hi everyone! Today I want to tell you about this really cool English class I had. It's called "Study Buddy" and it's at Beijing Normal University. The class is for high school students who want to improve their English skills. But the best part is that we get to listen to recordings of native English speakers! My study buddy, Peter, is a senior student at the university and he helps me practice my pronunciation and understanding of English.
The recordings are super interesting and cover a wide range of topics like culture, science, and history. One of my favorite recordings was about the Great Wall of China. It was so cool to hear a native English speaker talk about our country's history!
Peter is really patient and friendly. He always encourages me to speak up and ask questions if I don't understand something. He also gives me tips on how to improve my English outside of class, like watching English movies and listening to English music.
I've only been in the class for a few weeks, but I can already see a big improvement in my English skills. I feel more confident speaking and listening to English, and I'm even starting to think in English sometimes!
I'm so grateful to have Peter as my study buddy. He's not just a tutor, he's also a friend who supports and encourages me to become better at English. I can't wait to continue learning and growing with the help of my Study Buddy at Beijing Normal University!

The lesson started with our teacher introducing the topic of the day, which was about different cultures around the world. The senior student, who was in charge of the lesson, shared his own experiences of traveling abroad and learning about different customs and traditions. It was really interesting to hear about his adventures and what he had learned from them.
After that, we listened to a recording of a conversation between two people from different countries. The senior student helped us understand the dialogue by explaining the vocabulary and grammar points. He also asked us questions to test our comprehension and encouraged us to participate in the discussion.
At the end of the lesson, the senior student gave us some tips on how to improve our English skills, such as reading more books, watching English movies, and practicing speaking with native speakers. He also offered to help us with any questions or problems we had with the language.

Hey guys!
Today I want to share with you guys this super cool English class we had at school. Our school has this program called "Study Buddy", where older students from Beijing Normal University come to our school to teach us English. It's so much fun because they make learning English really interesting and interactive.
Last week, our Study Buddy taught us about some famous landmarks around the world. They had this recording of different people speaking about their favorite landmarks and we had to guess which landmark they were talking about. It was so cool to hear all the different accents and learn about famous places like the Eiffel Tower, the Great Wall of China, and the Statue of Liberty.
After that, we got to do a fun role-playing activity where we pretended to be tour guides for each of these landmarks. We
had to come up with interesting facts and stories to tell our classmates about the landmarks. It was so much fun pretending to be a tour guide and sharing all the cool facts we had learned.
At the end of the class, our Study Buddy played a recording of a native English speaker reading a short story. We had to listen carefully and answer questions about the story. It was a bit challenging, but we all had a great time practicing our listening skills.
I can't wait for the next English class with our Study Buddy. Learning English has never been so much fun! Thanks Study Buddy for making English class super awesome! See you next time! Bye!
