Magento 2 Extension User Manual
Overview
Eye4Fraud plugin assists the user to send all orders placed in magneto to our servers for review, which than validates every transaction to detect malicious fraud.
The transactions are validated by doing fraud analysis and scoring, IP address validation, email address validation, credit card issuing bank validation, blacklist validation and many more.
Once the order validation process is complete, this plugin provides the user with the fraud validation result on the order details page.
Settings:
The Extension Settings can be found under the Stores > Configuration > Sales > Eye4Fraud Connector.
General Settings section
•Extension version
•Extension Enabled or Disabled
•Stop to update after. Stop to update stuck on Eye4Fraud side order after specified amount of days.
•Stop to update not found order. Stop to update orders which is not found on Eye4Fraud side.
Such orders usually placed by unsupported payment method
•Debug mode Enabled or Disabled
•Download log file option
Authentification Section
•API s ite name
•API login
•API key
After creating an eye4fraud account, you’ll be provided with the API values, If you don’t have those values, please reach out to customer service for assistance.
Order status management
•Order status management enabled or disabled
•Create order state. This order state will be set when order is created
•Create order status. This order status will be set when order is creaed.
•Approved status. This order status will be set when order approved by Eye4Fraud.
Order state will be set to "processing"
•Insured status. This order state will be set when order insured by Eye4Fraud. Order state will be set to "processing"
•Fraud order state. This state will be set when fraud is detected by Eye4Fraud
•Fraud order status. This status will be set when fraud is detected by Eye4Fraud •Declined order state. This state will be set when order waas declined by Eye4Fraud •Declined order status. This status will be set when order waas declined by Eye4Fraud •Enable auto-invoice. If it is enabled the order invoice will be created when order is approved by Eye4Fraud.
•Capture payment. This option set which capture method("online" or "offline") will be used when invoice is creating.
Cron Settings section
•Cron Enabled. Fraud statuses will be updated by cron if enabled. If disabled - fraud statuses will be updated when sales page is opened
•Update interval. This paramater set how often fraud status of order can be updated.。
