备注：各科成绩栏中，左边为学生成绩，右边为满分成绩。
及格分为满分的60%。
使用“A/B/C/D/F”评分的课程，只填写学生成绩A, B, C, D, 或 F，不用再填写满分成绩。
使用“优良中差”评分的课程，请以“A/B/C/F”填写。
优=A，良=B.中=C。
差=F。
Note: For each grade, the student’s mark is on the left and the full mark is on the right. The passing mark is 60% of the full mark. For courses that use an A/B/C/D/F marking system, please simply enter A, B, C, D, or F (no full mark is necessary). For courses that use an Excellent/Good/Average/Poor marking system, please translate the marks into an A/B/C/F system as follows: Excellent=A, Good=B, Average=C, Poor=F.
