高职教师职业伦理现代性困境的省思

【摘要】在市场经济的浪潮中，高职教育面临诸多机遇与挑战，其中教师的职责发挥成为影响其发展的重要因素。

在现代工具理性的主导下，高职教师职业伦理面临价值取向的功利化、主体价值的至上性和道德责任的狭隘性等困境。

为此，必须突破现代性的理论局限，合理定位高职教师的职业价值观，在平等对话的过程中，创建师生彼此关怀的伦理关系，并在强调道德反思与自明的基础上，实现教师道德责任的内化。

%In the tide of market economy ,higher education is facing up with more opportunities and challenges ,whether higher vocational teachers perform their duties will be the point .With the effect of modernism ,teachers’ professional ethics are faced with utilitarian value orientation , the absolute authority of subject ,narrow consciousness of responsibility and so on .So we must breakthrough the limitation of modernism and help teachers to set right occupational values . In the process of equal dialogue ,we should found a friendly dialog in moral community .Additionally ,we should also realize the moral responsibilities to be personal in the process of higher vocational teachers’ self –examina‐tion .
