第四课时 Lesson 4:Best Friends
1.记忆单词copy,surprise,lend,enemy,deal短语two peas in a pod,spend…(in)doing…,to one’s surprise,make a deal。

2.掌握五种简单句句型,能够分析句子的结构。

3.能够通过师生说、两两说和自主听读体验交际式英语教学的一般过程,掌握听说英语的基本方法。

4.通过对本课内容的学习以及课堂实践,了解best friends的意义,使学生了解抄袭他人作业是不对的。

1.掌握单词copy,surprise,lend,enemy,deal认识单词pea,pod,angrily,cheat,following,
gym,embarrassed。

2.lend与borrow的用法区别。

3.掌握短语two peas in a pod,to one’s surprise,lend sth.to sb.,make a deal,stop doing sth.,spend…(in)doing…,at the end of,hold out。

2.学习简单句。

本课是第一单元的第四课时,主要内容是两位朋友之间的故事。

在授课前先让学生回忆自己和朋友之间所发生的事情,引导学生积极主动参与到教学活动中,努力营造一个轻松、愉快、自由的学习环境。

本课采用了情景导入法为学生创设真实的语言环境,激发学生使用英语进行交流的兴趣。

在听完课文内容之后,学生应独立自主地从课文中找出相应的答案。

这样可以训练学生的听力和阅读能力。

Leading in 【情景1】
Ask some students to present their passages about their classmates.

[设计意图]用复习导入,回顾上节课内容,检查学生作业的完成情况。

Leading in 【情景2】
1.This lesson is about best friends.Ask some students to talk about the following questions:Who is your best friend?What do you like about him/her?Did you ever argue with your best friends?Why?
2.Look at the two pictures.In the first picture the two friends look angry or unhappy.In the second picture one friend looks happy,the other looks sad.Are they good friends?What happened?Let’s read.
[设计意图]本课是有关“最好的朋友”的文章,两幅图让学生对其中的故事产生好奇,学生带着疑问学习新课,并从中找出缘由。

StepⅡ.New words
1.Let the students read the new words while listening to the tape.And use the new words to make some sentences.
2.Fill in the blanks.

1.Play the audiotape for Lesson 4(Best Friends).Play it once and ask the students just to listen.
2.Play the audiotape a second time and ask the students to complete the exercise.
3.The teacher uses the PPT to show the exercise.
Patrick and Grant are best friends.They are like“two in a pod”.One day,the two best friends to each other.Why?Grant wanted to Patrick’s homework.That way,he could spend more time basketball.But to his ,Patrick didn’t .

1.Let the students read the text loudly and complete the following questions.
