【摘要】目的：对影响慢性肾脏病（ CKD）患者院外使用自我管理行为量表的因素进行分析，以验证自行设计的CKD自我管理行为量表的实用性。

方法选择南充市2012年7月-2013年7月8家二级以上医院肾脏科治疗完结出院的患者325例，对其使用自行设计的新型CKD自我管理行为量表的情况进行追踪式调研，并对影响患者出院后使用量表的因素进行分析。

结果影响患者使用CKD自我管理行为量表评分为（91．45±11．48）分，与自我管理行为量表使用效果评分（149．41±18．41）分呈正相关（r＝0．446，P＜0．01）。

以回归模型进行的多因素分析显示，文化层次，婚姻、职业、居住状况、病程与患者使用CKD自我管理行为量表的效果具有相关性，是患者使用量表的影响因素。

结论 CKD患者使用自我管理行为量表的效果总体效果较好，但具有个体差异，且受社会因素、自我身心因素的综合影响。

%Objective To analyze the influencing factors of patients with chronic kidney disease using self management scale out of hospital and to verify the practicability of self management scale for chronic kidney disease developed by our hospital .Methods From July 2012 to July 2013 , totals of 328 cases of discharged patients from nephrology departments were taken as examples , then, carried out tracking survey on their use of self management scale from chronic kidney disease newly and separately developed by our hospital .Influencing factors of using the scale
out of hospital were analyzed by adopting statistic method .Results Total average score of influencing patients on using CKD self management scale was (91.45 ±11.48), positively related to score of using effect of self management scale (149.41 ±18.41)(r=0.446,P<0.01).The multiple-factor analysis adopting reversion model shows that , status of marriage , profession and residence and disease course of patients are the factors influencing using of scale by the patient , significantly related to the using effect of CKD self management scale .Conclusions Generally using effect of self management scale of CKD patients is good , but it depends comprehensively on individual difference , social factors and self-physical and mental factors .
