基于供应链环境发挥宁波港服务型节点作用对策研究

【摘要】It is necessary to pay attention to the functions of supply chains of port as an important supply chain node. To promote the service functions of Ningbo Port, we need study the collection and distribution, cost management and warehouse management, third party logistics, and financial guarantee service functions of port in detail. This paper analyzed the current situation of Ningbo Port , including the natural conditions, infrastructure, transport networks, policy support and the development of green energy-saving advantages and operational efficiency, zone-port interaction, the level of information and financial services capabilities. Finally, it put forward some suggestions to help Ningbo Port play the role of supply chain service node fully and to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of Ningbo Port.%文章阐述了港口的集疏运、成本管理和仓储管理、第三方物流及金融担保等四个方面的服务性作用，对目前宁波港的优势和存在的问题进行了分析，得出包括自然条件、基础设施建设、交通网络、政策扶持和绿色节能五个方面的优势和作业效率、区港联动、信息化水平及金融服务能力四个方面所存在的问题，提出了宁波港充分发挥供应链服务型节点作用的对策建议。
