英文,Reading is a great way for me to release stress. When I immerse myself in a good book, I can forget about
all the worries and pressures of daily life. It's like taking a mental vacation, allowing me to escape into a different world for a while. Whether it's a thrilling mystery, a heartwarming romance, or an informative non-fiction book, reading helps me relax and recharge.
One of the reasons why reading helps me relieve stress is because it allows me to focus on something other than my own problems. When I'm engrossed in a story, I'm not thinking about work deadlines, relationship issues, or financial concerns. Instead, I'm following the adventures of the characters and getting lost in the plot. This shift in focus gives my mind a break from the usual stressors, and I often find that I feel calmer and more at ease after a reading session.
