【摘要】目的：对血清C肽与糖化血红蛋白联合检验诊断糖尿病的临床价值进行研究，为该检测技术的应用提供科学依据。

方法对56例糖尿病患者临床资料进行回顾性分析，另选取28例健康体检者作为对照组。

患者均抽取空腹静脉血、进餐2h后静脉血，检测空腹以及进餐2h状态下的血清C肽、糖化血红蛋白等指标。

结果观察组患者空腹血清C肽、进餐后2h血清C肽较对照组高，组差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），糖化血红蛋白与空腹血清C肽以及进餐2h血清C肽呈正相关性。

试验组患者空腹血清C肽、进餐后2h血清C肽较对照组低，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），糖化血红蛋白与空腹血清C肽以及进餐2h血清C肽呈负相关性。

结论血清C肽与糖化血红戴白的联合检测，在诊断糖尿病患者病情程度方面能够发挥出重要作用，适合于临床推广应用。

%ObjectiveTo study the clinical value of serum C peptide andglycosylated hemoglobin combined test for the diagnosis of diabetes, and provide scientific basis for the application of the detection technique.Methods the clinical data of 56 cases of patients with diabetes were retrospectively analyzed, 28 healthy subjects served as control group. All of the patients withvenous blood fasting venous blood, eating 2h, fasting and meal under the condition of 2H serum C peptide, glycosylated hemoglobin.Resultsin the observation group, serum fasting C peptide, 2h after meals in serum C peptidewas higher than that in control
group, there were statistically significantdifference between groups
(P<0.05), glycosylated hemoglobin and fastingserum C peptide and 2H positive serum C peptide correlation between meals. In the test group fasting serum C peptide, 2h after meals in serum C peptidewas lower than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), glycosylated hemoglobin and fasting serum C peptide and dining2H serum C peptide was negatively correlation.Conclusionserum C peptide and glycated haemoglobin wear combined detection of white, can play an important role in the diagnosis of the disease in patients with diabetes mellituslevel, suitable for clinical application.
