• It’s OK to have junk food now and then (偶尔). But to know how to balance yourself of nutrients and calories , maybe you can eat healthy food about 95% of the time, and then eat 5% of junk food.
• Please don’t spend lots of money on junk food. Spend your money wisely. It is up to you to keep yourself healthy and happy!
