VCN端口每一路的采样端需经过RC滤波之后,再连接到芯片端口;滤波电容尽量靠近芯片管脚,每一路的滤波电容尽量单独连接至相应的地;6. VDD处的RC滤波电路尽量采用0805封装电阻、电容,因为存在尖峰电压的情况下,0603封装元件由于功率不足容易损坏,可能导致芯片工作异常;7. 大电流回路的线宽和散热要有足够的余量。

SEL 端口
SH367003 具备的控制端口. SEL 端口用于 3 串电池串联和 4 串电池串联保护的切换.当 SEL 端口输入低电平,第 4 节电池的 过放电检测被禁止,由于第四节电池短路也不会被检测为过放电状态,所以可以用作 3 节电池串联电路的保护. SEL 端口控制 优先级高于电池保护电路. SEL 端口只能输入低电平或高电平,不能悬空.
过放电状态
当任意一节电池电压低于 VDV 且持续时间大于 tDD, DSG 端口输出 VDD 电压,放电 FET 关闭停止放电. 该状态称为过放电状 态.当由于过放电状态停止放电后,SH367003 会进入休眠状态.
休眠状态
当由于过放电状态停止放电后,VM 端口会被内部的 RVMS 电阻下拉到 GND. 当 VM 端口电压低于 VDD/2, SH367003 进入休 眠状态. 在休眠状态下,SH367003 内部几乎所有的电路都停止工作,使得功耗小于 IPD. 输出端口状态如下. (1). CHG 端口:高阻 (2). DSG 端口: VDD 当以下条件满足时退出休眠状态. (1). VM 端口电压大于 VDD / 2. 当以下条件满足时退出过放电状态. (1). 当 VM 端口电压大于 VDD / 2 且小于 VDD 时,在所有电池电压高于 VDRV 时退出过放电状态. (2). 当充电器接上,过放电迟滞电压将释放,在所有电池电压高于 VDV 时退出过放电状态.

Reaching this limit does not cause the drive to immediately fail; the TBW simply denotes the maximum number of writes that can be guaranteed. A solid-state device does not fail upon reaching the specified TBW, but at some point after surpassing the TBW value (and based on manufacturing variance margins), the drive reaches the end-of-life point, at which time the drive goes into read-only mode. Because of such behavior, careful planning must be done to use SSDs in the application environments to ensure that the TBW of the drive is not exceeded before the required life expectancy. 功能描述
正常状态
当所有的电池电压在 VDV 到 VCV 的范围内,放电电流小于规定值(VI 端口电压低于 VIV1 和 VIV2 以及 VM 端口电压高于 VIV3) 时, 充电 FET 和放电 FET 处于开启状态.
过充电状态
当任意一节电池电压高于 VCV 且持续时间大于 tCD , CHG 端口变为高阻状态. CHG 端口被外部上拉电阻拉高为 PACK+端口 电压,使得充电 FET 关闭停止充电. 该状态称为过充电状态.在满足以下任意一个条件时退出过充电状态. (1). 所有电池电压低于 VCRV. (2). 所有电池电压低于 VCV,且 VM 端口电压低于 39/40*VDD (负载接上并且通过充电 FET 体二极管开始放电).
通过外接电容预设过充电检测延时时间,过放电检测 延时时间,放电过电流保护1延时时间.
放电过电流保护2和放电过电流保护3延时时间内部 固定.
通过CTL端口控制充放电. 宽工作电压范围: 3V to 24V 宽工作温度范围: -40°C to85°C 低功耗:

概述
SH367003 是一颗 3 节/4 节锂电池串联的保护 IC.其提供高精度过充电保护电压,过放电电压保护和放电过电流保护. SH367003 集成了可调节的过充电保护延时电路,过放电保护延时电路和放电过电流 1 的延时电路.SH367003 适用于宽温度,宽电 压应用领域.而且还特别为铁锂电池应用提供了低电压模式.

放电过电流状态
SH367003 有三档放电过电流检测档位(VIV1, VIV2, and VIV3)和三档对应的延时时间(tID1, tID2, and tID3). 当放电电流大于规 定值(GND 和 VI 之间电压高于 VIV1) 且持续时间大于 tID1, SH367003 进入放电过电流状态,此时 DSG 端口输出 VDD 关闭放 电 FET,停止放电, CHG 端口变为高阻被外部电阻上拉到 PACK+端口电压,关闭充电 FET,停止充电, VM 端口被内部电阻 (RVMD)上拉到 VDD 电压. 放电过电流 2 和放电过电流 3 工作方式与放电过电流 1 工作方式相同. 在放电过电流状态中,VM 端口被 IC 内部电阻(RVMD)上拉到 VDD. 当以下条件满足时退出放电过电流状态. (1). 当充电器接上或者负载拔出后 VM 端口电压高于 VIV3.

对自放电电池(0V 电池)充电,SH367003 有 2 种功能可以选择. (1). 允许 0 V 电池充电 (可以向 0 V 电池充电.) 当充电器电压高于 V0CHA, 0 V 电池被充电.

过放电状态
当任意一节电池电压低于 VDV 且持续时间大于 tDD, DSG 端口输出 VDD 电压,放电 FET 关闭停止放电. 该状态称为过放电状 态.当由于过放电状态停止放电后,SH367003 会进入休眠状态.
休眠状态
当由于过放电状态停止放电后,VM 端口会被内部的 RVMS 电阻下拉到 GND. 当 VM 端口电压低于 VDD/2, SH367003 进入休 眠状态. 在休眠状态下,SH367003 内部几乎所有的电路都停止工作,使得功耗小于 IPD. 输出端口状态如下. (1). CHG 端口:高阻 (2). DSG 端口: VDD 当以下条件满足时退出休眠状态. (1). VM 端口电压大于 VDD / 2. 当以下条件满足时退出过放电状态. (1). 当 VM 端口电压大于 VDD / 2 且小于 VDD 时,在所有电池电压高于 VDRV 时退出过放电状态. (2). 当充电器接上,过放电迟滞电压将释放,在所有电池电压高于 VDV 时退出过放电状态.
注释 1: 过充电迟滞电压n (n = 1 to 4) 可选择为0 V 或在0.1 V to 0.4 V范围内以50 mV为一档位选择. (过充电迟滞电压 = 过充电检测电压 − 过充解除电压)
注释 2: 过放电迟滞电压n (n = 1 to 4) 可选择为0 V 或在0.2 V to 0.7 V范围内以100 mV为一档位选择. (过放电迟滞电压= 过放电检测电压 − 过放电解除电压)
