Hollywood suggests glamour, a place where the young starstruck teenagers could, with a bit of luck, fulfill their dreams. Hollywood suggests luxurious houses with vast palm-fringed swimming pools, cocktail bars and furnishings fit for a millionaire. And the big movie stars were millionaires. Many spent their fortunes on yachts, Rolls Royces and diamonds. A few of them lost their glamour quite suddenly and were left with nothing but emptiness and colossal debts.

第六十二条女职工生育享受不少于九十天的产假。

《女职工劳动保护特别规定》（2012年版）
第七条女职工生育享受98天产假，其中产前可以休假15天;难产的，应增加产假15天;生育多胞胎的，每多生育1个婴儿，可增加产假15天。

女职工怀孕未满4个月流产的，享受15天产假;怀孕满4个月流产的，享受42天产假。

《广东省实施<女职工劳动保护特别规定>办法》（2017年版）
第十一条女职工生育享受98天产假，其中产前可以休假15天；生育时遇有难产的，增加30天产假；生育多胞胎的，每多生育1个婴儿，增加15天产假；符合法律、法规规定生育子女的，按照《广东省人口与计划生育条例》的有关规定享受奖励假。

女职工怀孕未满4个月终止妊娠的，根据医疗机构的意见，享受15天至30天产假；怀孕4个月以上7个月以下终止妊娠的，享受42天产假；怀孕满7个月终止妊娠的，享受75天产假。

第31条：符合法律、法规规定生育子女的夫妻，女方享受80日的奖励假，男方享受15日的陪产假。

在规定假期内照发工资，不影响福利待遇和全勤评奖。

《广东省职工生育保险规定》（2015年版）
第十六条职工享受生育津贴的假期天数，按照下列规定计算：
（一）女职工生育享受产假：顺产的，98天；难产的，增加30天；生育多胞胎的，每多生育1个婴儿，增加15天；怀孕未满4个月流产的，15天；怀孕满4个月流产的，42天。

（二）享受计划生育手术休假：取出宫内节育器的，1天；放置宫内节育器的，2天；施行输卵管结扎的，21天；施行输精管结扎的，7天；施行输卵管或者输精管复通手术的，14天。

同时施行两种节育手术的，合并计算假期。

不符合前款规定的假期期间，包括职工依照计划生育法律、法规规定享受奖励增加的产假或者看护假期间，由用人单位按照规定发放工资，职工不享受生育津贴。

统筹地区规定增加生育津贴计发项目及期限的，从其规定。

《广州市职工生育保险实施办法》（2015年版）
第十三条参保人享受生育津贴的假期天数，按照下列规定计算：
（一）参保人生育假期：顺产的，98天；难产（剖腹产、会阴Ⅲ度破裂）另加30天；吸引产、钳产、臀位牵引产另加15天；生育多胞胎的，每多生育1个婴儿，增加15天。

怀孕2个月以下流产的，15天；怀孕2个月以上4个月以下流产的，30天；怀孕4个月以上（含4个月）至7个月以下流产的，45天；怀孕满7个月以上发生死胎和早产不成活的，75天。

参保人因生育而导致死亡，享受生育津贴的假期按产前15天及产后至死亡时的实际天数计算。

（二）参保人计划生育手术假期：取出宫内节育器的，2天；放置宫内节育器的，3天；施行输卵管结扎的，30天；施行输精管结扎的，10天；施行输卵管或者输精管复通手术的，14天。

同时施行上述两种节育手术的，合并计算假期。
