这节课是本单元的第三课时。
在本课时，学生将读到一篇饮茶起源的故事及茶叶的发展和传播的文章。
整个Section A的设计理念是意义优先，聚焦形式。
在本单元的前两个课时里，学生们已经通过观察主题图，聆听对话和表演对话对本单元的目标语句有了一定的掌握。
但是3a的这篇文章不仅给学生提供了一个提高阅读能力的机会，更为他们创造了一个增大目标语句输入量，在语篇中进一步体验，感悟和实践目标语句的机会。
让学生能更容易地在下一个课时“grammar focus”中聚焦形式。
二．学情分析首先，学生在以前的学习中已经对被动语态的过去时非常地熟悉。
但是对于被动语态过去时谈论发明的历史还是没有掌握不到位。
他们需要更多对目标语句的输入的语言环境。
其次，学生对茶叶的发明是十分感兴趣的。
而这种兴趣能够促使他们在本语篇中的学习中主动体验，感悟和实践目标语句。

《An Accidental Invention》教学设计长春高新兴华学校迟琳一、教学分析（一）教学内容分析本课是根据人教版《Go For It!》九年级Unit6 When was it invented? Section A- 3a课文内容，本课主要介绍了茶的起源以及茶文化的传播。
语法重点为被动语态的结构和用法。
（二）教学对象分析1. 教学对象学生为九年级学生，经过两年多初中英语的学习，他们也有了一定的自主、合作、探究的学习能力以及用简单的英语进行交际运用的能力。
2. 本课教学内容为茶的起源和茶文化传播，对于中国孩子来说话题很贴近日常生活，也能激发孩子兴趣，从而对孩子进行一些文化渗透。
（三）教学环境分析为了激发学生参与的积极性，我选取了茶文化的视频短片，让学生在观看的同时对茶文化有更进一步的了解，也方便学生在学习课文过程中更加通俗易懂，还设置了预习茶文化的任务，并结合了信息技术、多媒体、学生自助合作探究、思维导图、课堂活动等让学生对茶文化有更深刻的了解，扩充如何泡茶内容，也让学生亲自动手泡一壶茶。
