The transceiver is mechanically enhanced for ultra compact,power-conscious portable products, such as mobile phones, portable printers,handheld computers, and personal data assistants (PDAs). Designed to operateusing the IrDA-Data mode, the transceiver combines an infrared emitting diode(IRED) emitter, a PIN photodiode detector, a digital AC coupled LED driver, and areceiver/decoder in a single package.The ZILOG ZHX1810 provides an efficient implementation of the SIR standard ina small-outline footprint format. The mechanical drawings for these transceivers are shown in Figure7and Figure8. These devices, which show minor mechanical differences, are func-tionally equivalent in every way and meet all ZiLOG and IrDA standards and spec-ifications. Although reels are never mixed, ZiLOG reserves the right to ship fromeither facility in order to meet delivery requirements.Figure 7.ZHX1810 Mechanical Drawing9 ArrayFigure 8.Alternative ZHX1810 Mechanical Drawing10Soldering and Cleaning RecommendationsFollow these recommendations to maintain the performance of the ZHX1810transceiver.Reflow Soldering•Reflow soldering paste is recommended:Melting temperature: 178 °C ~ 192 °CComposition: Sn 63%, Pb 37%•The recommended thickness of the metal mask is between 0.2 mm and0.25 mm for screen printing.•Number of soldering times: 2 times maximum•The temperature profile at the top surface of ZHX1810, shown in Figure9, is recommended.Figure 9.Temperature Profile at the Top Surface of ZHX1810Manual Soldering•Use 63/37 or silver solder.•Use a soldering iron of 25 W or smaller. Adjust the temperature of thesoldering iron below 300 °C.•Finish soldering within 3 seconds.•Handle only after ZHX1810 has cooled off.11CleaningPerform cleaning after soldering under the following conditions:•Cleaning agent: Alcohol•Temperature and time: 30 seconds below 50 °C or 3 minutes below 30 °C•Ultrasonic cleaning: Below 20 WPacking, Storage, and Baking RecommendationsFollow these recommendations to maintain the performance of the ZHX1810transceiver.StorageTo avoid moisture absorption, ZHX1810 reels must remain in the original,unopened moisture-proof packing. Parts must be soldered within 72 hours afterunpacking. Reels that have been unpacked, but will not be soldered within 72hours, must be stored in a desiccator.BakingParts that have been stored over 12 months or unpacked over 72 hours must bebaked under the following guidelines.Reels60 °C for 48 hours or moreLoose Parts•100 °C for 4 hours or moreor•125 °C for 2 hours or moreor•150 °C for 1 hour or more12Moisture-Proof PackingIn order to avoid moisture absorption during transportation and storage, ZHX1810reels are packed in aluminum envelopes (see Figure10) that contain a desiccantwith a humidity indicator. While this packaging is an impediment to moistureabsorption, it is by no means absolute, and no warranty is implied. The user shouldstore these parts in a controlled environment to prevent moisture entry. 冷灰桶HPZ系列筛选式冷灰桶综述筛选式冷灰桶是配套回转炉设备的冷却筛选设备,主要功能是将回转炉提炼铝水后的热渣通过水喷淋热交换达到降温,分级筛选的目的,能减少铝渣在冷却过程中的烧损,有效提高铝渣中铝的回收率。
筛选式冷灰桶分冷却桶和筛选桶,分别有独立的传动系统,冷却桶的转速为2转/分钟,分冷却区和球磨区;筛选桶的转速为0-25转/分钟(电磁调速),卸灰口分3-4个,分别为细、中、粗灰。
筛选式冷灰桶的冷却方式为循环水喷淋,设备基础为循环冷却水池,通过水泵、喷淋水管将冷却水均匀布满冷却桶身,热渣通过桶身与冷却水进行热交换,冷却水温应不大于40℃,以保证热渣的冷却效果。
如热渣处理量太大,也可考虑采用外接循环水。
回转炉出来的热渣倒入半圆渣斗后用旋转叉车送进冷灰桶口,通过冷却桶外的冷却水喷淋达到快速冷却,冷却后进入冷灰桶后端的球磨区,经球磨后将积块的粗块砸碎砸细,将细颗粒的铝珠砸扁,然后通过筛选区,将60目等级的细灰筛出(铝含量<3%),再分选出φ12mm以下的中颗粒(铝含量约20-25%)和φ12mm 以上的粗颗粒(铝含量约10-15%),如铝渣中含铁较多,可在粗颗粒卸灰口加装磁选机,将铁类物质挑选出来。
筛选式冷灰桶冷却筛选出来的细、中、粗颗粒可以按需要处理,细灰含铝量不高,直接外卖处理,中灰和除铁后的粗灰可以重新加入回转炉,既作为冷却剂,又可以二次提炼。
与回转炉配套循环操作,可以使铝渣的回收率得到最大化,经济效益十分明显。
HPZ系列筛选式冷灰桶按桶身直径分LHT1200mm/1600mm/1900mm三个系列,每个系列按设备长度又分为8M/11M/13M/15/M/17M,按配套回转炉的吨位、数量及车间布局选型。
如LHT-1200-8M、LHT-1600-15M、LHT-1900-17M等。
