一、操作方法
1、若设置的烹调时间短于二分钟，则先将“定时器”旋转至超过三分钟位置，再
回旋到所需烹调时间的位置。

5.4使用适当的器皿：抗热的玻璃制品或陶瓷制品、耐热的塑料制品、耐热膜；木制的碗、盘、柳条制的篮子、一次性纸餐盒，餐巾也可以在微波炉内作短时间加热。

5.5不可以使用的器皿：金属容器(包括内衬铝箔的软包装)、带有金属装饰条纹的玻璃和陶瓷器具、易碎的玻璃器皿、采用粘和方式制作的器具、内壁涂有彩色或油漆的各种容器。

5.6每次加热的食物不宜过多过厚。

5.7加热鸡蛋、板粟等带壳无孔的食物，应先刺穿，以防爆裂。

5.8使用保鲜膜覆盖加热食物时，需留有小孔；不能将密封的瓶子放在炉内加热，应将瓶盖打开，窄口瓶或缸装食品不可以直接加热。

5.9不使用微波炉时，必须将定时器旋转到“停”的位置。

5.10在使用烧烤型微波炉时，食物与加热管应保持一定的距离。

5.11在微波炉和烧烤过程中可随时打开炉门，检查或翻转食物。

打开炉门时定时器停止旋转，关上门微波炉继续加热。

由于加热管温度很高，打开炉门时切勿用手触摸加热管，以免烫伤。

要带上隔热手套，方可翻转或搅拌食物。

5.12冷冻食品需先解冻，再烹调，否则会出现食物外部已熟透而中间未解冻的现象。

5.13不宜将食品直接放在玻璃转盘上烹调，食品应放在合适的器皿中，再将器皿放在玻璃转盘上烹调。
