中心控制室操作工能否当好这个“指挥员”,将直接影响到饲料生产的全过程。
一、中控室与相关工序联系的主要内容中控室与生产现场需要相互联系的主要内容有:(1)启动或停止设备之前,通知现场做好启停设备的准备;现场做好准备后,通知中控室。
(2)变换上仓原料品种之前,通知上料工序做好准备;上料工序做好准备后,通知中控室。
(3)粉料成品出来之后,通知制粒工序进行制粒操作或通知打包工序做好接包准备。
(4)更换生产配方时,通知各有关工序。
(5)中控室监测到设备故障时,通知有关工序。
(6)现场出现问题时,通知中控室进行处理等。
二、中控室与各工序的联系方法中心控制室一般是一个独立的操作空间。
在生产过程中,中控室操作工与其它工序操作工之间一般不容易实现面对面的联系,尤其是与原、辅料工序操作工之间相距较远,联系很不方便。
为了有效地控制生产,可以选用下列方法实现各工序之间的联系:(一)信号联系通过设在现场和中控室的信号灯、电铃和开关,按照事先约定好的联系信号来实现中控室与各工序的联系。
例如,在启动上料工序设备之前,中控室操作工可通过电铃信号通知现场,做好准备;待现场通过电铃或信号灯通知中控室可以启动设备时,中控室操作工才能启动设备。
又例如,在更换原料品种时,中控室操作工可以通过拨动开关,使设在现场的相应指示灯点亮,通知上料工序。
这种联系方法简单使用,投资少。
但缺少直接对话,显得不够方便。

它实际上是一种将质量信号转变为可测量的电信号输出的装置。
用传感器应先要考虑传感器所处的实际工作环境,这点对正确选用称重传感器至关重要,它关系到传感器能否正常工作以及它的安全和使用寿命,乃至整个衡器的可靠性和安全性。
在称重传感器主要技术指标的基本概念和评价方法上,新旧国标有质的差异。
主要有S型、悬臂型、轮辐式、板环式、膜盒式、桥式、柱筒式等几种样式。
S型称重传感器中常见的一种传感器,主要用于测固体间的拉力和压力,通用也人们也称之为拉压力传感器,因为它的外形像S形状,所以习惯上也称S型称重传感器,此传感器采用合金钢材质,胶密封防护处理,安装容易,使用方便,适用于吊秤,配料秤,机改秤等电子测力称重系统。

concentration of fluorescence tracer PTSA (pyrenetetrasulfonic acid)in water.The standard ST-001Tee Assembly provided with each ST-500/ST-500RO sensor,has two3/4”female NPT ports and can be placed to to the sampling system.Sample water entering the sensor must be cooled down to below120°F(49°C).The sensor can be held by a1.75-inch pipe clamp or mounted to a panel with four1/4-28bolts. Contact Pyxis Lab Customer Service(*********************)for more information.8Sensor Maintenance and PrecautionThe ST-500Series sensor is designed to provide reliable and continuous PTSA readings even when installed in moderately contaminated industrial cooling waters.Although the optics are compensated for the effects of moderate fouling,heavy fouling will prevent the light from reaching the sensor,resulting in low readings and the potential for product overfeed if the ST-500Series sensor is used as part of an automated control system.When used to control product dosing,it is suggested that the automation system be configured to provide backup to limit potential product overfeed,for example by limiting pump size or duration,or by alarming if the pumping rate exceeds a desired maximum limit.The ST-500Series sensor is designed to be easily removed,inspected,and cleaned if required.It is sug-gested that the ST-500Series sensor be checked for fouling and cleaned/calibrated on a monthly basis. 1.高速定量分装系统本系统由微机控制称重传感器的称重和比较,并输出控制信号,执行定值称量,控制外部给料系统的运转,实行自动称量和快速分装的任务。
系统采用MCS-51单片机和V/F电压频率变换器等电子器件,其硬件电路框图如图1所示,用8031作为中央处理器,BCD拔码盘作为定值设定输入器,物料装在料斗里,其重量使传感器弹性体发生变形,输出与重量成正比的电信号,传感器输出信号经放大器放大后,输入V/F转换器进行A/D转换,转换成的频率信号直接送入8031微处理器中,其数字量由微机进行处理。
微机一方面把物重的瞬时数字量送入显示电路,显示出瞬时物重,另一方面则进行称重比较,开启和关闭加料口、放料于箱中等一系列的称重定值控制。

四片电阻应变片构成全桥桥路,在所加桥压U不变的情况下,传感器输出信号与作用在传感器上的重力和供桥桥压成正比,而且,供桥桥压U的变化直接影响电子称的测量精度,所以要求桥压很稳定。
毫伏级的传感器输出经放大后,变成了0-10V 的电压信号输出,送入V/F变换器进行A/D转换,其输出端输出的频率信号加到单片机8031定时器1的计数、输入端T1上。
在微机内部由定时器0作计数定时,定时器0的定时时间由要求的A/D转换分辩率设定。

四片电阻应变片构成全桥桥路,在所加桥压U不变的情况下,传感器输出信号与作用在传感器上的重力和供桥桥压成正比,而且,供桥桥压U的变化直接影响电子称的测量精度,所以要求桥压很稳定。
毫伏级的传感器输出经放大后,变成了0-10V的电压信号输出,送入V/F变换器进行A/D转换,其输出端输出的频率信号加到单片机8031定时器1的计数、输入端T1上。
在微机内部由定时器0作计数定时,定时器0的定时时间由要求的A/D转换分辩率设定。
