说实在自己也不过才大二,也最多算个门外汉。

要写整个EE的简介实在是不小的挑战,只能尝试为之。

1总体概况:Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) 在整个工程系中是最大的系。

Undergraduates 大约1400~1600 人(Year 1 约200~300人/年段, Year 2 ~4 约450 人/年段). ECE提供两个本科学位, 分别是Electrical Engineering (EE) 和Computer Engineering (CPE). 每位ECE学生选一修读. 这两个学位的大部分课程相同, 其中CPE 的必修课(core module) 相较于EE 会有更多CS (computer science) 的课程,同时偏重计算机架构,人数比EE少很多(1:5).根据NUS office of admission 的消息, 在2009~2010 学年, ECE 的Computer Engineering 和SOC 的Computer Engineering (CE) 会联合推出新的Computer Engineering 的课程, 供当年度的大一学生修读. 两个系强强联合, 是个不错的消息. 关于CPE 和CE 到底有什么不同, 因为本人是学EE的, 不是很清楚. 不过从课程上来看, CE 比CPE 有更多CSXXXX的课, 物理课较少. 引用<新生宝典>的话: “CPE偏重硬件,系统构架之类”. 同时多CS的课也意味着平时有更多的Continuous Assessment 和projects.ECE 的研究方向粗略分为5个, 分别是: (载自<新生宝典> & ECE 网页/doc/5b5553534.html,.sg/research/groups/)(1) Biomedical Engineering: 和life science 结合的产物, 需要修读生理方面的初级课程. 主要有生物信号及其成像, bio-sensor(生物感应器??), health care information system (健康信息系统)等. 总体来看, 是将电磁学和信号处理应用到生物电信号的收集和处理上.(2) Communication and Information Engineering: 下分communication 和Computer Engineering & Information Processing. 这个应该和CPE 有较大的联系. Communication 主要研究方向又分两个,一个是移动通讯(cellular mobile communications),一个是多媒体传输(Multimedia communications)。

Wiener过程在非线性退化建模中的应用王浩伟1,徐廷学2,贺英政31.海军航空工程学院研究生管理大队,烟台2640012.海军航空工程学院兵器科学与技术系,烟台2640013.海军航空工程学院训练部,烟台264001摘要针对Wie ne r过程为线性随机过程而产品性能退化为非线性的情况,提出一种时间尺度转换方法,首先通过时间尺度转换把非线性退化数据转换成线性退化数据,采用Wien e r过程对其进行建模分析,然后通过时间尺度逆转换实现产品在原有时间尺度下的可靠性评估。

给出了Wi en er过程参数估计的步骤和方法,并以某型导弹电连接器的加速退化数据为例,阐述了基于时间尺度转换的Wien e r过程在非线性退化建模中的应用。

结果表明,时间尺度转换方法成功实现了电连接器的可靠性评估,从而拓展了Wien e r过程的应用范围,为非线性退化建模提供了一种有效途径,并为退化型产品的可靠性评估提供了可行的思路。
