条约的形式
• 条约通用书面形式，在外交史上也有个别 的条约采取口头形式。国际关系中的所谓 “君子协定”是指国家领导人或外交官之 间所达成的以善意为基础，在法律上却不 能约束所代表的国家的口头协议或谅解(偶 尔也有书面形式)。“君子协定”是表明当 事人以其权能和影响使所达成的口头协议 或谅解，在履行上得到道德上的某种保证。
