The passage conveys to us that in order to help students with stress, the Nanjing Zhonghua Middle School build a “stress wall” for students to relax, towards which students have different opinions. There is no doubt that as the competing for better academic work and future is getting fiercer and fiercer, students feel more and more pressure. Nowadays, students are under great pressure, which mainly comes from their peers, parents as well as schoolwork. As far as I am concerned, building a stress wall, which we students can hit is not appropriate. For one thing, as the saying goes, violence is not the solution to problems, which means that even if students punch the wall, the true stress at the bottom of their hearts cannot be let out. For another, this may lead students to solve a problem with violence, causing more trouble. People have different ways of relieving stress in order to live happy and healthy lives. Some people engage in physical exercise by taking part in outdoor activities or playing sports, while some feel much better by listening to music or even after a good sleep. As for me, I find that the best way to reduce stress is to be with my family or friends. In addition, some interest clubs such as music, dance, are also good places for students to get relaxed and refreshed.
