英语电影赏析英语电影赏析The analysis of film—The Truman Show The Truman Show is a comedy film. It is a film within a film. The following is the cinematic analysis in three aspects: character, narrative and critical perspective.1.Characters and performanceCast Design in The Truman ShowCharacterization in films is sometimes novelistic, in the sense that novels typically seek to convey depth and intricacy of characters. In The Truman Show, Truman Burbank is the protagonist who is a happily married insurance salesman living in a normal life in a small town named Seahaven Island. But Truman still pursues his first love—Sylvia. It is in conflict between the two situations. Conflict is that which causes problems for the character in the pursuit of his goal.In essence, the engine driving character development and the “transformational arc” come from the change that occurs within a character when his intentions are confronted with an obstacle and he must adapt to deal effectively with it. The outer motivation (what the character wants to achieve) plus the outer conflict (conflict against external forces), develop the new abilities of protagonist in the face of challenge. Many different factors block Truman to go to Fiji to find Sylvia, on the contrary, Truman has stronger desire to get out off Seahaven Island and find the truth of obstacle. He lives up to his name Truman (true), at the end of the film, he risks his neck to conquer the storm which is mad e up and then, go out. Truman often says “In case I don’t see you, good afternoon, good evening, and goodnight.”This hints Truman is a man breaks the normal procedure, so the outcome doesn’t come as a surprise—Truman breaks away from the Christof’s contro lling.Meryl, Truman’s wife, seems virtuous. Everyday she goes to hospital for her work—nursing. When she comes back, she always brings new products back, and then she introduces them with a way for the promotion of the product. Meryl is a professional actress but not a good wife. Shedoesn’t love Truman but married with Truman. In the wedding, she crosses her fingers for luck. Because the actress does not present herself but instead represents the character she is play, so the style that downplays the reality of the actress has been called the “representational style”. She repeats all words from memory, not the true words from her heart. Meryl successfully reveals her motivation—through “character-in-action”.Sylvia, Truman’s first love, is an unusual lady. The first appearance on the scene, she was named as Lauren (her performing name). Sylvia sympathizes with Truman and makes an attempt to tell Truman that everyone knows about him, everyone is pretending, everything is faked for him. Her motivation is exposing the deception for rescuing Truman. She criticizes Christof is a liar and a manipulator. What he has done to Truman is sick. Her performance style that emphasizes the reality of the actress has been called the “presentational style”because Sylvia presents herself to the audience as herself in the show. It conversely compares with Meryl. But Sylvia’s power is too tiny to rouse Truman to believe her words. Due to the appearance of Sylvia, the whole film seems more illuminating.Christof, the producer of this show, a very important man inthe film, regard himself as the god. Everything around is under his controlling and monitoring. He controls Truman in his sphere of influence for 30 years which attribute to “We accept the reality of the world with which w e are presented”. Christof seems to be the creator of Truman, nevertheless, without Truman, Christof is nothing. Christof model himself as Truman’s father, a father would not let his child in a sick world. He deems it there’s no more truth out there then there is in the world he created for Truman.2. Narrative:MomentumFrom the beginning of the film, Truman wants to leave for Fiji to find a girl named Sylvia. Why does he look for this girl? That leaves us suspense. The suspense is that the audience will experience suspense if they are uncertain of the outcome of an event. To produce this uncertainty, scriptwriters and directors will commonly present a character with a strong intention and then lay significant difficulties in his way, which will lead to uncertainty concerning the outcome. Also, suspense is one of devices scriptwriters and directors employ to generate momentum in the films.Momentum is the forward movement necessary for the audience to maintain its interest in the narrative—put simply, momentum is what keeps us watching.Furthermore, there always has a camera aim at Truman, which would puzzle audiences very much and arouses me to maintain interest in the overall process, not let go out off any details. In that way they would become fully involved in the drama. Especially when Truman sails to escape, but Christof would not let him go. So many produced storms stop Truman, the audiences tense their nerve as Truman’s, as if themselves sink into the danger. Their momentum is that they want to know the ending of Truman and eagerly to know whether Truman could get rid of the island. Consequently, the box office revenue grows. More and more audiences pay their attention to the show. All the audiences doubt if Truman could escape from it, their eyes staring at Truman. This is what scriptwriters and directors expect plot to progress.3. Critical PerspectivesPsychoanalysis and the spectatorPsychoanalysis is the theory of personality developed by Sigmund Freud that focuses on the dynamic interaction of different forces (conscious and unconscious) of the psyche. It is based on the concepts of the unconscious, repression, and the division of the psyche into the id, ego, and superego. In the most primitive form, psychoanalytic interpretations of art attempt to analyze the psyche of the director. Christof calls himself as the Creator. Even his name sounds like Christ. He arranges Truman’s life in a fictional way other than he considers it as the normal life. Christof keeps watch on Truman even wants to contro l Truman’s life. Not until he sees Truman immobilize on the boat does Christof stop the storm. Maybe, it’s people’s desire for control. It’s psychological desire. Christof’s egoism brings up the non-freedom of Truman. He treats Truman’s life as a game, a mockery. The show of director—Christof, his venal psychology makes him use up all means to keep Truman in Seahaven Island. The people in the island, who are the most apathetic and insensitive spectator, pay close attention to Truman’s matters around the clock in order to satisfy their deep desire to peer. Theshow’s popularity is its straightforward voyeurism. This kind of psychology—just like Sylvia’criticism on the show—is sick. A group of psychopathic people are immersed in the sick world.。

经典英语电影影评(5篇模版)第一篇:经典英语电影影评经典电影英文影评 1.《Forrest Gump》Forrest Gump grows up in the county of Greenbow, Alabama. He lives with his mom, who is a real smart and strong woman.Although Forrest’s IQ is only 75, his mom manages to let him have the finest education, and always tell him “You are no different”.In school, Forrest meets a girl named Jenny, and they become best friends.Under Jenny’s encouragement, Forrest discovers his ability to run like the wind blows.Fortunately, this ability gives him the chance to go to college where he becomes an all-star football player. After graduation, Forrest joins the army for service in Vietnam, and he finds new friends Bubba and Dan.In the war, Forrest rescues many comrades, but Bubba is seriously wounded and dies.Lieutenant Dan, the platoon's commanding officer, is also badly wounded and loses both legs.He chastises Forrest for saving him, insisting that he should die honorably on the battlefield instead of becoming a cripple. When Forrest gets back from Vietnam, he is awarded the Medal of Honor for his actions.During the next several decades, Forrest becomes a war hero, a famous ping-pang player, a national celebrity, a successful businessman, and something of an American idol.Forrest successfully realizes Bubba’s dream and help Dan discover his self-worth.Finally, Forrest marries Jenny, and has a happy life with his son after Jenny dies.“Life was like a box of chocolates, you never know what you’re going to get.” When the first time Jenny asked Forrest to run away and the first time Forrest freed himself from the bondage, hope has been growing up in his mind.Though Forrest is surely a little stupid, hebelieves “stupid is as stupid does”, so he fears n othing and does his best.In his innocence, Forrest does what he feels he has to do, no matter the situations and the people around him, lead only by an inner sense of right. My heart is deeply shocked by this “stupid” man, and I think in recent times we sur ely need this spirit. So, let’s have a try now.2.《2012》The film 2012 tells a breathtaking story that everything on the earth is destroyed in the year 2012, only a small number of human beings survive from the doomsday. The hero Jackson takes his children to go camping in Yellowstone National Park, where they meet a man named Charlie. That night, Charlie plays a video of Charles Hapgood's theory that polar shifts and the Mesoamerican Long Count Calendar predict that the 2012 phenomenon is going to occur. He has a map of the ark project in addition to information about government officials and scientists from around the world who were murdered after planning to alert the public about the project and the upcoming doomsday. After the family returns home, Jackson rents a plane to rescue his family. He collects his family and some friends as the Earth crust displacement begins, and they escape Los Angeles quickly.Learning the arks are in China, the group lands in Las Vegas, where the group secures a bigger plane and departs for China.Eventually, Jackson and his family successfully get on the arks.In my opinion, this is a powerful film, and it makes me think a lot.If we are in such a situation that a disaster is surely coming, what should we do? Will we inform other people of the upcoming disaster? Will we escape first without considering other people’s lives? Will we abandon our family, our friends, even our nation? The film teaches me of love, responsibility, forgiveness, and so on.Don’t think that the plot in 2012 has b eenexaggerated, actually it is really based on science.Looking at our earth carefully, we have done so much damage to it.All the nations should do its best to protect our earth, because in some sense it is to protect ourselves. We need no more arks, and the doomsday will never come.3.《The Shawshank Redemption》For the first time I heard the name of the film, I thought that Shawshank must be the hero’s name, but in fact it is a name of a prison, in which the hero stayed for almost 20 years. In early 1947, young banker Andy Dufresne is mistakenly convicted of murdering his wife and her lover, and then he is put into the Shawshank prison. In prison, Andy and Red become best ing his wisdom, he brings a lot of benefits for his friends. For having a banker experience, the warden of the prison and the chief guard require Andy to make money for them by improper means, but at the same time he records their guilt.Andy makes a plan of prison break, and secretly carries it out during the prison life.In a night of thunder and lightning, he escapes through the hole he dug, crawls 500 yards through a narrow pipe, and successfully gets the freedom. After escaping, Andy withdraws most of the corruption money from several banks, and sends evidence of warden's corruption to a newspaper. Then Andy goes to Mexico, where Red and Andy are happily reunited on the beach.Such a story may sound simple, but the truth behind the words is remarkable.“Hope is a good thing, maybe the best of things. And no good thing ever dies.” Andy clea rly knows that he isn’t a murderer and believes he doesn’t belong to Shawshank. There is hope in Andy’s mind, and he gives hope to his friends.I really love this sentence “Get busy living or get busy dying”, Andy gets busy doing what he should do instead of wasting time. His story encourages people to fight to preservethe dignity of human beings, to appreciate the beauty of life, and the most importance is to keep hope forever.4.《The Pursuit of Happiness》In San Francisco, 1981, the salesman Chris Gardner invests all the family savings in portable bone-density scanners. He believes he has made a wise decision because the scanners can give a denser picture than an x-ray machine though it’s a little expensive. However, they do not sell as Chris imagines, and even bring big troubles to him.As Chris goes everywhere and tries to figure out how to sell the scanners, his wife leaves him, he loses his house, his bank account, and credit cards.Forced to live out in the streets with his son, Chris is desperate to find a steady job.Fortunately, Chris gets a chance to fight for a stockbroker internship position at Dean Witter. However, in the six-month training period he will get no salary, and there are 19 other candidates for this only position.Meanwhile, moneyless, homeless, Chris has all sorts of difficulties with his son.But he is very smart and hardworking, and he never gives up.Eventually, for his great efforts, Chris becomes a broker at Dean Witter and starts his career there. In 1987, Chris founds the investment firm Gardner Rich and becomes a successful businessman. There are so many classic lines in this great film, from which I learned a lot.“You want something, go get it!” In reality, most of us have an equal opportunity, if we really want it, just do it.“People can't do something by themselves;they wanna tell you you can not do it.” Although we will come up against all kinds of difficulties, we must have confidence in ourselves and never give up.In this film, I recognize another thing, which is Chris’s love to his son.Actually, all the efforts he does are not only to achieve his dream but also to give happiness to his son.Chris says “You havea dream, you got to protect it”.5.《Hachiko: A Dog's Story》Our hero, professor Parker Wilson, finds an abandoned dog at the train station and takes it home.Parker finds that the dog is an Akita dog and names it Hachiko. However, nobody comes to claim the dog, so Parker decides to keep Hachi in his family. In the following years, Parker takes good care of Hachi and trains him patiently.Hachi will accompany Parker to the train station every day and return each afternoon to greet him after work, they become best friends. One day, Parker dies suddenly from a heart attack when he is teaching his music class, and never come back. However, Hachi remains waiting for his master lying in the snow, for several hours, until Parker's son comes to collect him.The next day, Hachi returns to the station and waits, remaining all day and all night. As time passes, Hachi gets older and older, and he is waiting for Parker for nine years until his death. He teaches the local people love, compassion and above all unyielding loyalty. The film is based on a true Japanese story and it's only natural that the film is great because the real story itself is very touching.I learned that now a bronze statue of Hachiko has been set in his waiting spot outside the Shibuya station in Japan as a permanent reminder of his devotion and love. What is love and what is loyalty? There is no doubt that this film is full of love and loyalty, which Hachi brings to the audiences.Someone may say “Hachi is just a dog without thought and wisdom.” Yes, I can’t deny such a reality, but in many respects we human beings do no better than animals. In all, Hachi is a respected and great dog, and his pure loyalty is what we should learn.6.《The Terminal》Viktor Navorski, who comes from an Eastern European country Krakozhia, arrives in New York, with the purpose ofachieving his father’s music dream.Unfortunately, Viktor’s country broke out a civil war after he left, and he suddenly becomes a man without a country. For this reason, the US airport cannot recognize Viktor, and he is denied to set foot on New York.He also can't be deported so he is told by the security manager Dixon that he has to remain in the airport until his status can be recognized.Viktor doesn't speak English very well, so he cannot talk to or understand anyone. But he somehow adapts and sets up residence in the airport, which makes Dixon who placed him there unhappy. So he tries to get Viktor to leave but Viktor is smart and remains in the airport, and even have a better life.Viktor makes friends with some of the people who work in the airport and is attracted to an air hostess Amelia.Several months later, the war in Krakozhia ends, but Dixon will still not allow Viktor to enter the United States. Finally, with the help of his friends, Viktor successfully leaves the airport, and accomplish his purpose.About this film, I have some words to say.Firstly, I am glad to see that Viktor achieve s his father’s dream through constant efforts.Secondly, most of people are friendly, and if we have a sincere heart we will have countless friends.Thirdly, I feel a little sorry that Viktor cannot be together with Amelia, but I believe both of them will ha ve a new life.I can’t help saying that now I really love the actor named Tom Hanks for his perfect acting skill. From Forrest Gump to Viktor Navorski, he always seems a little stupid, but he finally succeeds again and again. It’s really not about fortune, and it depends on love, sincerity, courage, persistence and so on.7.《Brave Heart》It is a story about a national hero of Scotland--William Wallace. In the 13th Century, Scotland is under the heel of King Edward I of England, who granted areas of land in Scotland to hisnobility which they were to rule along with the traditional privileges. In the uprising against cruel English ruler, Wallace’s father and brother sacrifice, and he is taken abroad by his uncle to learn knowledge and skills. When Wallace returns home, he falls in love with his childhood lover Murron, and they marry in secret so that she doesn’t have to spend a night with the English lord.Soon after that, Wallace kills an English soldier who tries to rape Murron, and for this reason Murron is finally executed by the lord.Full of anger, Wallace determines to fight against the English ruler, and in response to Wallace's exploits, people of Scotland rise in revolt against England.Although Wallace comes up against all kinds of difficulties, he never gives up.For the betrayal of his partners, Wallace fails to defeat the English ruler. Before Wallace’s dying, the scene that he shouts loudly “Freedom!” moves everyone. After Wallace’s death, his previous partner Bruce continues to fight and finally makes Scotland free.In my viewpoint, at first Wallace has no intention of being a freedom fighter, he is just a simple man with simple desires to live in peace and raise a family. However, circumstances make that impossible, so he has to be brave and stand out, not for the death of his father and wife, but for the freedom of his nation.I am really shocked by his brave heart.I feel a little sorry for Wallace’s death, because he cannot see for himself that the freedom of Scotland is back again. However, his heart for freedom will last forever, and lead his people to fight against dark rulers, fight for freedom.8.《The Day After Tomorrow》The hero of this film, a paleoclimatologist named Jack Hall, discovers that the huge polar ice sheet is melting quickly due to the global warming. The situation will lower ocean temperatures, and then causes a massive climate shift which brings about manynatural disasters and eventually a new ice age. It’s too late to inform everyone in the nation, and when people realize the situation and try to move to the warmer south, the disaster has arrived.Meanwhile, Jack’s son Sam is attending an academic competition with his friends in New York.As Jack’s request, Sam and his friends stay in the library and burn books to get warm.Worrying about his son, Jack and his two partners set out for New York to rescue his son.Overcoming all the difficulties including the death of a partner, Jack finally arrives in New York and finds the library.Gladly finding Sam and his friends are all alive, Jack embraces Sam tightly for a long time.In Mexico, the new President orders search and rescue teams to look for other survivors, having been given hope by the survival of Sam's group. This is another disaster film, and it deeply shocked my heart again.Although there are countless people die in the disaster, I believe that survivors have learned a lot, and people all over the world will take action to protect our earth. In addition, the relationship between Jack and Sam runs through the whole film.I want to say Jack is a great father, because he does what he promised his son no matter how difficult it is.At the same time, Sam is also a great young man, because he is intelligent, brave and responsible. Both of them set good examples for us.It’s a great film, not for its large investment and magnificent scenes, but for what it brings to human beings. The film entitled Braveheart, which tells of the story of Sir William Wallace ,a Scotland’s hero in 13th century to protest against the cruel king of England, Edward I.Although the reason is seemingly a romantic revernge for his fiancée who was killed by an English landlord. The struggle was so fierce ,bloody and magnificent that any spectator can not come to himself or herself after seeing a series ofcampaigns that were shown in the movie and we are most touched by the desire for freedom of Sir William Wallace on the last scene of his execution ,in which William’s sky blue eyes were shone as bright as the sky ,a metaphor for the freedom which is hopeless but the determination was never abandoned in pursuit for it.However, one cannot stand the spiteful rebellion of the Scottish nobles and just imagine Wallace’s disbelief and shock when he got to know that the knight of Edward I,who is most willing to kill him in the battlefield,is the one who is most likely to become the king of Scotland, the man who swore to stand alongside with Wallace from the majority of the Scotland’s aristocrats who suspected Wallace and kept looking down upon him.Wallace had presumed that he was his companion but the reality just showed the just opposite side of Wallce’s naïve dream and both the hero and the audience cannot bear this betrayal from the bottom of their heats. But Wallace still chose to believe,to tolerate and to take an adventure which led to his death and the end of this poetic struggle while meantime ,setting in motion another more intensive campaigns by those who carried on Wallace’s dream to realize the freedom of Scotland.Wallace’s death is like the ringing of the bell in the darkness of midnight, announcing that dawn should be cast upon the ones who never halt to pursue freedom sooner or later. The scene which showed Wallace’s calling for freedom, while the executor’s axe moving ,the clouds floating, the wicked king’s last breath and the judge’s disappointme nt out of expectation.“Every man dies, not every man really lives.”Wallce’s last words echoed in the midst of the air, despite the physical death and the passing of the decades of years. The real meaning of braveheart lies on that not only we do not dareto encounter the rivals and the unfair, but also the courage to tolerate,to resist the temptation to give up in despair ,to face the genuine aspect of ourselves.Trust, belief, struggle, determination, betrayal and of course ,the love epic ,are the images we can associate with this marvelous film and we cannot urge our passion to extol Wallace, our hatred for the wicked Edward I and those both mentally and physically delicate Scotland’s nobles.Given the fact that both these two nations are now sections of the United Kingdom, The film reminds us of the love for one’s own motherland the desire for freedom, which is the gifted nature since mankind was born with and we shall never be scared of any obstacles ,frustrations and sacrifices in our fight for freedom ,the goal generations of all classes, eras and races have been longing for and we shall never be in shortage of the courage to gain freedom题目类型:影评格式:英文学号:2010211926 film with sadness and blackness , similar name of loneliness and estrangement :the newly-divorced mother and ignored children the abandoned E.T in the black and terrible night the animals' cries in the forest. All of these scenes were going to show us something cold and indifferent , but only when it came to the end the truth finally came to light----only the innocence and Tongzhen could help us get out of loneliness and estrangement.Following the black scenes was the meet between E.T and tiny Elliott , the main character in the film. With fear andlack of safety , the E.T made friends with little Elliott and ended its hiding around life and starving days at length. But as the same thing goes , that we are cautious about our relationship at first and we are unsafe when we start our relationship because of lack of trust and belief , E.T and Elliott went through the same process as everyone else.As time went on , the relationship between E.T and children was in the better condition. What's more, with the help of children , E.T had acquired some English communication express and could talk with them sometimes.I was happy and took for granted that he would stay on the earth and be friends with these children for good. However, thing never went in this way.Desperate , E.T missed his family and wanted to go home heavily.Simultaneously , owing to the inner communication between E.T and Eillott , Eillott was the sole person who could understand E.T and try to help him as much as he could , thus Eillott was regarded freak because of lack of understanding adults got involved and complicated all the plan.Fortunately , children gave E.T a hand and assisted him in coming back home. The film called of the abandoned innocence left behind. We are longing for the maturity and reasons in the world , but it is not necessary to live in that way all the time.Sometimes, we need our heart to live our life but not our brains.Only in this way can we move on and enjoy our life both rationally and emotionally. 第二篇:英语电影影评During the summer vacation, I watched a lot of movies, such as , “Hilary and Jackie”, “Up(飞屋环游记)”, “The Shawshank Redemption [ri'dempʃən]” ,“ view and the second from Jackie's.It opens with Hilary and Jackie as children being taught by their mother to dance and play musical instruments, the cello for Jackie and the flute for Hilary.Jackie does not take practicing seriously at first, but when she does, she becomes a virtuoso [,və:tju'əuzəu],quickly rising to international prominence.Hilary, on the other hand, plays in a community orchestra ['ɔ:kistrə,-kes-] and marries Christopher of composer Gerald克里斯多夫, the son 杰拉尔德Finzi. The film, though focused primarily on Jacqueline, is ultimately ['ʌltim ətli] about the relationship between the two sisters and their dedication to one another;to help Jacqueline through a nervous-breakdown, Hilary consents to Jacqueline having an affair with her husband. The last quarter of the movie chronicles in detail the last fifteen years of Jacqueline's life, during which she is diagnosed with multiple ['mʌltipl] sclerosis[skliə'rəusis] and loses control of her nervous system, becomes paralyzed['pærəlaizd], goes deaf and mute [mju:t], and finally dies. The film ends with Jacqueline's ghost standing on the beach where she used to play as a child, watching herself and her sister frolicking in the sand as little girls..The second movie , I was going to say the “UP”Up is definitely one of the better Pixar efforts. It's about the grandeur['ɡrændʒə] and excitement of flight and adventure. The first ten minutes of the film about Carl and his life-long love Ellie are surprisingly touching. It's heartbreaking to see him lose his wife even at old age. With nothing left to do Carl heads for South America, but he's not alone.Russell, a Wilderness Explorer [ik'spl ɔ:rə] trying to earn his “Assisting the Elderly” badge ['bædʒ], has stowed away on the porch after being sent on a snipe [snaip]沙锥鸟 hunt by Carl the day before. The relationship of father and son that forms between Carl and Russell is completely believable. The filmmakers certainly know how to make a film with endearing [in'diəriŋ] characters. The animation is gorgeous.Several scenes in Up are some of the most memorable that I've ever seen in animated['ænimeitid] films.Like other Pixar films Up is also very funny.Thankfully, it's sweet humour instead of the gross humour that's present in many of today's Hollywood films. In conclusion, Up is another daring, unusual and beautiful animated ['ænimeitid] film from Pixar that both children and adults will enjoy watching.I highly recommend it.Finally, the “The Shawshank Redemption [ri'dempʃən]”.I don’t know how to express the feeling about this film.the movie is so great and Andy is a bloodysmart man! When I had finished watching the movie,I was excited and wanted to watch it again.Wheather the figures and details or the spirit that the music convey ed to.“Hope is dangerous” Red had ever said,But Andy has always sticked to it.He didn’t cry when he was thrown into prison though he was innocent. On contrary, he found ways to kill long time to escape. He helped the head of the prison do the illegal things in order to gain some freedom. He rebuilt a library and helped the other prisoners. All the prisoners liked him, for he helped themfind hope again.Perhaps it was time to escape, in a lightening and thundering night, he escaped from the prison through the hole he had dug for twenty years. He was free eventually.I like Andy ,for his talent and his wisedom. And the most important thing that I like is his spirit—never giving up.第三篇:大学英语电影影评阿甘正传First saw “Forrest Gump”, I was confused by the feathers. The director put the feather as the opening and closing ceremonies, what is the performance mean? After much deliberation,I feel the feather like Gump's thoughts;no longer get to the bottom anymore.Today, after reading, I strongly feel that a feather blown on the ground comes to life, the feather in the vast sky, flying, whether it “is our fate, or it is no set number”.You never know where it landed. The same is true in life, just like Forrest Gump's mother did not know she would be Gump's mother, like Gump did not know God to start his IQ is only 75, just like Dan did not know he must endure the pain of losing both legs. What Forrest Gump said at the end of the film when he at the tomb of Jenny is just means that,I do not know whether we are each have their own destiny, or are just flying in the wind of, or both.I think this film give the Forrest Gum the answer, but also give you the answer......The feathers flying at the beginning and end of this Film is like the fate of each person, but really just wind wave it? NO!We have hope, if we wish to run.泰坦尼克号He is a street artist, she is a noble lady, they met at the world's largest and most luxurious cruise ship, this is a wonderful encounter, if not that damn iceberg......But at least love is true.He told her: “Enjoy every day”, that is, the meaning of life is to livehappily every day, not for vanity suppress their nature, traditional social restraints to prevent his dream, he let her face back to square one a long absence smile, she then decided to give up everything to follow his life forevereven after his/her death!“Love and Loyalty” succinctly sums up the film. The love so simple, so pure and the loyalty so unfailing, so steadfast that it would melt any steel heart.I was so embarrassed that as soon as the film came to the end I dashed straight into the loo only to see my eyes sore red(!)The main characters never “take flight” but that matters not at all. It's the simple story of the love between a man and his best friend that more than sufficiently works all the wonders. Not a sad one, but profoundly touching, So touching that even a tough guy like me couldn't possibly hold his tears.Hachiko, the Akita dog, has set the Yardstick of loyalty under which all loyalty among us human beings are to be measured.Loyalty that is truly monumental.Loyalty that is to be surpassed only by God Himself.A must-watch film, especially for all dog lovers.Highly recommended for all families and people of all ages.海上钢琴师The story is one of an abandoned baby who is found on a ocean liner by one of the ship's crew.He is unofficially adopted and named “1900” for the year in which he was born.At a very early age the boy demonstrates an extraordinary gift for piano playing which is only strengthened in his passing years. The boy grows up with no official identity, into a man having never taken a step off of the ship onto dry land in his whole life. The young man, played by Tim Roth is encouraged by his dear friend to leave the boat and pursue a life of fame and fortune as the great pianist he has become.1900 declines, explaining simply that everything he needs is on the boat.Although the storyline wasweak, the great piano music was good enough to make it uncommon.I particularly like the following scene. When 1900 played the piano for Max, he created different music for different people with different action and expression. The amazing place was that the music was so appropriate. That was the most interesting part of the movie. This a “sleeper,” a very good film few people have heard about. The ones who have reviewed it here obviously know about it and you can see by their comments how well-liked it is.....so if you haven't seen it, check it out.In North America, it's called “The Legend Of 1900.”The movie is definitely unique, The best thing about this film, to me at least, was not the story-which I did enjoy-but the cinematography.Wow, what a great-looking film.Speaking of looks, Melanie Thierry is gorgeous.T oo bad she has only a small part in this movie.肖申克的救赎The story may sound simple, but the truth behind the words is remarkable. When I heard the name of the film first time, I considered the Shawshank to be a man’ name, but in fact it is a jail’s name——a hell in the world. Not only for the inhumanity of the jailors——they behaved brutally;but also for the jail gna wed at people’ heart by keeping them waiting and waiting as life passed. It seemed that only those utterly worthless people who gave up everything could survive. That’s where the story happened. The part impressed me most is when Andy got out of the jail.He extended his arms in front of him in the heavy rain as if he were welcoming the fresh air and the freedom. At that moment, I saw the confidence win the darkness, discharging light dazzling the eyes in the dark blue sky.Under the light, I could feel my recrea nt heart being shivering as his voice said: “Remember, Hope is a good thing, maybe the best of things and no good。

When the dog is young,he is nery lovely, very anughty. When he grows up,he even has a little magic. He waits for the profession who adopts him at the front of station at the same place and same time every day.One day ,the profession ammidately passed away when he was attending class. I don't know whether the dog understands death or not. Though the profession hasn't appeared, this dog has waited for ten years no matter what bad the weather is.I shed tears for this special emotion. At the front of thestation, people set upa station of the dog to commemorate dog's loyalty to human.2、Feelings about the Movie of LeonHe deals the cards as a meditationAnd those he paays never suspectHe doesn't play for the money he winsHe doesn't play for the respect……This is the last song of the movie of Leon(or The professional).Deep male voice and sound is as moving as the movie.I like this song just like the movie. It is the stroy about love between a cool killer and a litter girl.I'm very moved by this moving story. The girl named Mathilda is very pretty, very firm, very lovely.I like this perticular girl who has a pair of smart and beautiful eyes. But sometimes it like the killer as sharp. This girl has a little precocious so that I almost believe when she say she has been 18 years old.You may say a 12-year-old girl couldn't understand the true love. But I think shereally falls in love with this killer. She may has a thin and small body ,but at the same time ,there is a mature heart. However ,she is too young to know how dark is that world, how strong is that bad guy.She only don't know how to keep this love. She just a litte girl who wish to be happy. And,the killer who is hero in the film,I think,is not bad guy."no kill children and woman" ,though he doesn't say he only kill bad guy ,I think he is just one of miserable people in that society. He is very cool, very lonely, very plain…… but why? He is not for money and comfortable life, and for what? I imgine if he said how strong is the bad person to her girl at the begining and teach slowly ,he may not die at the end. He may not want her girl to take risks all the time. The plant which the killer care for carefully all the time has symbolic significance. The hero like it because it has not root just like him. The girl like it because she has crushed on this killer.。

英文电影赏析英语作文The movie I watched last night was absolutely mind-blowing. The plot was so unpredictable and kept me on the edge of my seat the whole time. The characters were sowell-developed and the acting was top-notch. I was completely immersed in the story from start to finish. The cinematography in this film was stunning. The way the camera captured the scenery and the emotions of the characters was truly captivating. It added so much depth to the story and made the whole experience even more engaging. One thing that really stood out to me was the soundtrack. The music in this movie was so powerful and really enhanced the emotional impact of the scenes. It set the tone perfectly and added another layer of intensity to the story. The themes and messages in this movie really resonated with me. It dealt with some heavy topics, but did so in away that felt authentic and thought-provoking. It left me with a lot to think about and sparked some really interesting conversations with my friends after the movie.Overall, this film was a rollercoaster of emotions. It had me laughing, crying, and everything in between. It's the kind of movie that sticks with you long after the credits roll, and I can't wait to watch it again.。

经典英文电影赏析经典英文电影赏析经典英文电影赏析1TitanicMaybe this is the fourth time that I watched this film.Titanic is a romance, an adventure, and a thriller all rolled into one. It contains moments of exuberance, humor, pathos, and tragedy. In their own way, the characters are all larger-than- life, but they're human enough (with all of the attendant frailties) to capture our sympathy. Perhaps the most amazing thing about Titanic is that, even though Cameron carefully recreates the death of the ship in all of its terrible grandeur, the event never eclipses the protagonists. To the end, we never cease caring about Rose and Jack.Titanic makes the “overblown movie" lists from several critics, endures extreme mockery and the ridicule of anyone who actually admits to liking it. This may have been due to people wanting to be different from the norm in 1997 and maybe this attitude never went away and too many people fell victim to it. Or maybe it was the cheesy scene's people like to imitate over and over whichobviously must mean the entire movie is cheesy. However, I recently watched Titanic the other day and I'm going to say why I find it to my favorite movie of all time. The ship Titanic itself expressed a mentally during this time period in which humans felt they could e Mother Nature. With the sinking of this ship it made people truly eat the words "Titanic is an unsinkable ship."Without this love story you would have just e away with the basics of this story, the Titanic sinking. But this love story created sympathy in which you felt for Jack and Rose. It made you truly feel how the people on the Titanic were feeling at that exact moment. Families, loved ones and friends were being torn apart. Without the emotion created from the love story you wouldn't have felt nearly as sad or seriously towards what had actually happened to these people.经典英文电影赏析2Today I watched the movie named"2023".It is one of those "Christian-based" films with a fair amount of preaching, so be forewarned. This is the basic fault that I found with this film. Instead of telling a story and letting the viewer make his or her ow n decision, it’s always being shoved in peoples’ faces. We could see from the film that In the search for and to theArk-based process, the Jackson family has experienced death in the face of disaster after the base finally reached the ark. However, the Ark has been fabricated can not meet the number of parts of the world heard the news ing from the affected population. At last,we can learn something from the film.To face thedisaster, from different countries make the most important human choice: "all men are equal, have equal chances of survival!" The Pursuit of Happyness, Today I watched the film named "The Pursuit of Happyness,"the first thing that flashed into my mind is that how hard it may be if you don't have money, but at end I e to understand that if you keep on your dreams ,happiness will e! With a title like The Pursuit of Happyness, you expect the characters to get to the promised land. They do, but if the journey matters more than the destination, this is a movie to skip. The Pursuit of Happyness is long, dull, and depressing. It expands into two hours a story that could have been told more effectively in one. This is not the feel-good movie of the season unless you believe that a few moments of good cheer can redeem 110 minutes of gloom. The film's most pelling scenes are those that show Chris struggling to enter the rat race. Granted, this is no Glengarry GlenRoss, but it shows the pressure these salesmen are under and how important the contact lists are. In the overall scheme of things, however, these sequences are background noise. They are neither plentiful nor lengthy. The movie spends more time following Chris on his futile sales rounds for the bone density scanner than it does panying him during his broker training. In the film, the hero does things actively. He always runs for his work and life. A view that shows he runs for his work that selling a machine, and we can imagine that what’s the result Forrest Gump isn't a genius man.He is even thought a big fool.In all his childhood, otherboys look down upon him and ofen laugh at him.But his mother regards him as a normal child and tells him that he is the same as the other boys. I appriate and like the film very much. One hand the film tells several stories clearly in limited time. The content is affluent and the tie of charactors is plex but clear. On the other hand ,we can get revelations from it.First,if you want to be happy, you must treat youself correctly.经典英文电影赏析3After watching 《2023》,I watch the same thee about disaster film nam ed” The Day After Tomorrow”Some of what The Day After Tomorrow has to offer isexciting. Some is just plain stupid - like Sam's tussle with a pack of wolves . Instead, it's a given that there's nothing we can do, so the emphasis is on survival. The knowledge that victory is impossible makes for a more pelling story, since the goal es intensely personal: staying alive. Of course, despite the "bad science," the pro-environment message shines through. Like Super Size Me, consider it a cautionary tale. Nevertheless, Emmerich's point with The Day After Tomorrow isn't to play politics or make speeches, but to entertain. And, in the cataclysmic way he has e known for, he does so. The Day After Tomorrow is filled with bad dialogue, stock peril situations, and sketchy character development, but it's a big enough spectacle that those things don't derail the film's capacity to be enjoyed. Pass the popcorn and the cheese. The highest level of disaster film is the pursuit of visual perfection and realistic, after all, in all the disaster scene where we can not use the camera or any other things to every detail of the disaster and the process, but the disaster film provides such an opportunity, butalso asked the audience is able to accurately zone into the picture, feel it was really happened, and not a big sigh depressed,ROMAN __Although this is a black film without color, this is a classic movie. The plot describes the England princess Anne’s visit in Rome. In the evening, she went to enjoy the night view in the city, without the officials to allow. She met a kind reporter from U.S.A. two people take the trip together. And they felt in love by time. But the officials discovered princess’sdisappearance, and they all had a lot of icy perspiration. Finally the princess gave up the love between her and the reporter in order to perform her princess’s duty. The film itself is a classic of romantic wish fulfillment, exactly the sort of beautiful lie that Hollywood specialized in. Filmed in Rome, ''Holiday'' imagines that a sweet, stressed-out visiting junior royal, Princess Ann of some tiny duchy or other, would kick over her traces and slip into the night just as the sedative her doctor gave her takes effect. She awakens in the shoebox apartment of an American, Joe Bradley (Gregory Peck). Being a gentleman, he has not taken advantage of this woozy angel. Being not too much of a gentleman, he has made her sleep on the couch. However, because understood oneself to the national responsibility, reason princess finally chose left own spouse, again turned over to the imperial family. Joyful and the short 24 hourshad finished, princess or princess, mon people or mon people, but, many growth. Meanwhile, understood the secret important to Ann,faced love and interest,Joe chose to quit the report about princess, although he would not get 5000 and would lead simply life.Unforgettable princess finally says “me most to love bravely, Rome!”She no longer is one only can nod, the smile, amenable is obedient constantly princess baby, but grows in order to has the opinion, has courage genuine princess.经典英文电影赏析4Brave heartToday I watched the film named “Braveheart”, even though I have watched it before. "Braveheart" received much criticism from certain History Buffs upon its release. They said that the filmmakers portrayed Scotsman William Wallace as a brave, heroic, good man. Gibson plays William Wallace, a Scot who decides to revolt against the British after his wife is killed by a pack of the thievin' scoundrels! The film is __ based on his life - since no one really knows much about Wallace other than what he did: free Scotland from the English for a while, so much of the story is made up. This is a first director outing for Gibson, whonot only gives us one of his best - if not the best - performance of his career, other than those great "Lethal Weapon" movies! He handles the direction very well for an actor-turned-director. He doesn't try anything memorable - no fancy camera sweeps to make us motion sick - but he directs the film like the old epics. One of many great things about the film. The cinematography is excellent. I can't think of another film that is quite so beautiful to behold. It is truly wonderful to watch the surroundings fly by the screen, purely unadulterated. As for Gibson's Scottish accent.well...he speaks surprisingly well with a Scottish accent, and doesn't sound like an American-Australian phony (isn't he an Aussie?). There is a great supporting cast in this film, as well, with a man in a rubber nose that you might not be able to place at first glance...James Horner's magnificent score is truly marvelous to behold. He mixes Scottish bagpipes and emotion into a little bundle that in and of it makes you feel emotional. It plays during the film at just the right moments and makes it easier to feel elated or depressed. All in all, I think that "Braveheart" stands as one of the best films I have ever seen. It is an epic in all sense of the word; I don't care how historically incorrect it is. If I wanted a history lesson, I wouldn't be going to see a film like this.Hatchi:A Dog's Story This is a simple story about a loyal dog. There is no intricate plot, and even it is only a straight still, but it was still moved me deeply with its most simple pieces of normal life which we can easily find around us such as the train station, the restaurant, the food stand and a warm home. In the movie Hatchi crossed an ocean and thousands of miles of transportation by train, and then he met Parker (the main actor) in a snowy day. Because it was snowing and the dog, Hatchi, was lost. Parker took Hatchi back to his home, and then kept it. Parker treated it very well and so did Hatchi. When Hatchi had grown up, he fetched parker to work everyday. All these years they played together, bathed together, slept together and Parker gave Hatchi full-body massage everyday. They just look like a couple. Parker looks happy because Hatchi is happy, and Hatchi’s happy due to Parker being happy. This is Hatchi’s whole life. He almo st spent all his life only doing one thing―waiting for its only friend Parker, waiting to plete the pleted engagement. Hatchi’s story showed how great the power of loyalty and love is with all his life. He tell us what the real loyalty and true love is. Because of the real loyalty and true love Hatchi spent all his life waiting; because of the real loyaltyand true love Hatchi sacrisficed all his youth just for waiting; because of the real loyalty and true love Hatchi abandon the warm house of Parker’s daug hter. I think that is the real loyalty, the ture love. However, in our human life, how many of us can be as loyalty as an animal; how many person can be loyal to another one for even ten years? I think nobody can.Homeless to Harvard Yesterday I watched a film, called " Homeless to Harvard”, tells the story of a girl who e adverse conditions, and strive to forge ahead of the story. The heroine's parents are drug addicts and AIDS patients, her parents have no job, living in the slums, even the most basic living expenses for a child are taken by the mother to buy drugs, and her parents did not plain, there is only love, she always persisted, even if a shelter was sent terrible spent her youth, she still has not changed, she and her mother live together once again and happy.Just listen to the name we will find it a very inspirational movie. Recently stumbled always live, can not find the previous endurance, I'm not the university as a kindergarten, but the surroundings do like my childhood, do not worry about anything, had a very fortable.I had the same poverty as the main character's childhood, but due to the diligent work of their parents. I was fortunate to have been present. I often think it is not me, my future they can not help me. Have the impulse to want to grow their own, but the inherent laziness, so I am against the original intention. My life es better, because my parents. Because the main character has been, unfortunately, so continue to move forward The ordinary people just be satisfied now, do not make progress, or say no change in demand, so do all the cruising life, get out of another life. This is like I am now, there is no target time-consuming, people living with me are the same decadence. Our life seems to already have a conclusion, no longer need our efforts, or just need to pay a little bit to connect through life. However, who would be willing to do so over a lifetime, but, but we found it was already old, and no courage to fight again, so life is so decadent to go.。

电影赏析英语作文Title: Delving into the Depths of Cinematic Excellence.Movies have always been a powerful medium to evoke emotions, tell stories, and present ideas. They are notjust a form of entertainment but also a mirror reflecting the society, culture, and values of a particular time. This essay aims to delve into the depths of cinematic excellence by exploring various elements that contribute to making a film memorable and impactful.Firstly, the story is the backbone of any film. It is the foundation upon which the entire film is built. A compelling story can captivate the audience, taking them through a rollercoaster of emotions and experiences. The plot should be engaging, unexpected, and thought-provoking, keeping the viewers on the edge of their seats. The characters, whether protagonists or antagonists, should be well-developed and have depth, allowing the audience to empathize with them and connect with their journeys.Secondly, the direction is crucial in realizing the vision of the filmmaker. The director's choices in camera angles, lighting, shot composition, and editingsignificantly contribute to the overall tone and feel of the film. They help create the desired mood, set the pace, and enhance the emotional impact of the story. Thedirector's ability to bring out the best from the cast, create a cohesive narrative, and execute innovative ideas is what makes a film stand out.Thirdly, the actors and their performances are the heart of any film. Their ability to bring life to the characters, convey emotions, and tell the story through their actions and dialogue is paramount. Great actors not only memorize lines but also understand the psychology of their characters, their motivations, and the subtext of their words. Their performances should be natural, believable, and engaging, making the audience care about the characters and their journeys.Fourthly, music and sound design play a crucial role inenhancing the emotional impact of a film. The score, whether it's orchestral, electronic, or experimental, should complement the story and create a specific emotional response in the audience. Sound effects, dialogue delivery, and the mix of music and sound are all integral in creating an immersive experience for the viewer. Moreover, cinematography is another essential aspect of cinematic excellence. The visuals should be stunning, whether it's the grandiose landscapes, intimate close-ups, or innovative camera techniques. The cinematographer's choices in color palette, lighting, and framing contribute significantly to the overall aesthetic of the film, setting the tone and mood, and enhancing the emotional impact of the story.Lastly, the themes and messages a film conveys are what make it timeless and relevant. Films that explore universal themes such as love, loss, redemption, and the human condition are more likely to resonate with the audience and leave a lasting impact. The film's ability to spark discussions, provoke thoughts, and启发 insights is whatmakes it more than just entertainment but also a piece of art.In conclusion, cinematic excellence is achieved through a harmonious blend of various elements, including a compelling story, skilled direction, outstanding performances, engaging music and sound design, stunning cinematography, and profound themes and messages. It is a collaborative effort between the filmmaker, cast, and crew, resulting in a memorable and impactful cinematic experience that resonates with the audience and stands the test of time.。

电影赏析英文作文In the heart of Hollywood, where dreams are made and celluloid stars twinkle brighter than the California sun, there lies a gem of a film that's as captivating as asizzling summer blockbuster. Let's dive into the cinematic experience that is "Cinema's Finest: A Tale of Lights and Shadows."Picture this: the velvety darkness of a movie theater, the anticipatory hum of an eager audience, and the soft glow of the screen as it comes to life.
