功能失调性子宫出血的临床治疗体会

【摘要】Objectives Clinical treatment experience of dysfunctional uterine bleeding is to be summarized. Methods Choose 42 patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding who are treated in hospital from March 2013 to March 2014; patients in control group are given dilatation and curettage combined with medroxyprogesterone treatment,while patients in study group are given dilatation and curettage combined with mifepristone treatment;and then compare clinical treatment effects between two groups. Results Treatment efficacy in study group(95.45%)is higher than treatment efficacy in control group(80.00%),and thickness of endometrium is reduced significantly;there is a treatment differential between two groups and such a differential has statistic
value(P<0.05).Conclusion Mifepristone treatment is of efficacy and medication safety in treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding;thus, such a practical treatment is quite worthwhile to be promoted widespread.%目的：总结功能失调性子宫出血的临床治疗体会。

方法选取2013年3月～2014年3月间我院收治的功能失调性子宫出血患者42例，对照组采取刮宫联合安宫黄体酮治疗，研究组采取刮宫联合米非司酮治疗，对比两组患者临床疗效。

结果研究组的总有效率（95.45%）与对照组（80.00%）对比较高，治疗后子宫内膜的厚度显
著减小，两组治疗效果差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。

结论功能失调性子宫出血应用米非司酮治疗疗效确切，安全性高，切实可行，值得推广。
