1.首先登陆：/go/certsupport创建一个自己的帐号，方便提问和接收email.
2.创建帐号登陆后，选择“Contact US” 的标签选项！如图，注意*的选项必须要选择和填写！！！然后，选择“NEXT”。

选择"SUBMIT CASE"
然后弹出成功发布的信息，证明你的问题已经提交！
3.通常在2个工作日的时间，CISCO会对你的问题提供解释！你可以在下面图中找到你问题的回复！
这个回复是要求你提供准确的email地址，它好给你电子证书的连接！
4.选择UPDATE QUESTION 来更新的问题和回复！！！
5.回复你的电子邮件地址！
6.然后你会收到CISCO的确认邮件！如下：
7.下面要做的就是，等CISCO的邮件通知了！！！你会收到如下的邮件！！！
"Dear xxx,
Congratulations! You have earned your Cisco Career Certification. Your Cisco Certified Network Professional certificate is now available via the Certifications Tracking System.
To access your electronic certificate online, go to

Cisco certificates are uniquely numbered. Both certified individuals and third parties can verify authenticity by entering the certificate number (located on the bottom left of the certificate) at /go/verifycertificate.
