如果新客户头一次来访问,你却表现的不佳,甚至语言交流都不畅通,很可能到手的大客户却因为客户对你的头次印象不佳而告吹。

岂不可惜!
其实要搞定新客户很简单,只要按下面推荐的接待客户的对话模板对话,保你搞定客户。

1.在机场迎接头次来访的客户时要这样对话:
YOU: Excuse me, but aren't you Mr. Hall from xxx & Co., London?
(你好,请问您是从伦敦 xxx & CO 的霍尔先生吗?)
Hall:Yes, I am. Here's my card.
(是的,我是,这是我的名片)
YOU:I'm from XXX Import and Export Corporation. May name is David.Lee
(我是 XXX进出口公司的 XXX, 我叫 david.李)
Hall:Glad to meet you. Mr. Lee
(见到你很高兴,李先生)
YOU: Welcome to Shanghai!
(欢迎你来上海)
Hall: Thank you. It's very kind of you to come to meet me.
(谢谢,非常感谢你来接我)
YOU:Believe me, it's a pleasure to meet our foreign guest. Did you have a good flight?
(接待我们的国外客人是我的荣幸。

一路顺利吧?)
Hall: Yes. I did. Thank you.
(是的,一路平安,谢谢)
YOU:Anyway. it's a long trip and I think you'd like to freshen up a bit and take a rest to overcome the jet leg. Let's go to the
hotel.Our car is waiting outside.
(我想你长途飞行需要梳洗一下,然后好好休息调整一下时差,我们的车在外面等着呢,我们去酒店吧)
Hall: Oh, that's very considerate of you. Let's go.
(哦,你想的很周到,我们走吧)
2.去酒店的途中要这样和客户交谈:
Hall: Where shall I be staying?
(我将住在哪儿?)
YOU:Peace Hotel,where I've reserved a room for you.
(和平酒店,我在哪儿给你预定的房间)
Hall: Is it far from here?
(离这儿远吗?)
YOU:Yes. quite a long way. It's in the center of the city. it takes about twenty-five minutes to get there!
(是的,相当远,酒店在市内,到哪儿需要25分钟)
HALL:Oh look. what a fantastic view! There seem to be more hotel cropping up around here!
(哦看,多么壮观的景色,这附近那么多的大酒店崛地而起!)You: Quite right. That's Hongqiao Development Area. Beside, as you know,Pudong is to the east of Shanghai and is separated by the Huangpu River. The west and the east banks are linked together by tunnels ,bridges and subway. so the traffic is very convenient.
(是的,那是虹桥开发区,你知道,浦东在上海的东部,中间隔着黄浦江。

黄浦江东西两岸通过隧道,桥梁和地铁相连。

所以交通非常方便。


Hall: I've heard Pudong is very developed area. isn't it?
(我听说浦东是非常发达的区,是吗?)
You:Right. Mr.Hall. you know a lot about Shanghai. By the way. is this your first visit to Shanghai?
(是的,霍尔先生,你对上海很了解哦,这是你第一次来上海吗?)
Hall:Oh. no. I was here five years ago and I have done substantial business with a corporations in Shanghai. To my surpirse. your city has changed so much than I could hardly recognize it.
(不是,我五年前来过上海,我和上海的一家公司做很多生意。

让我惊讶的是,你们的城市变化太快我都认不出来了。


You:I hope through your personal contact. a good relationship between us will be establish and substantial business concluded to our mutal advantage.

Hall: I quite agree with you. Mr. Lee. Meanwhile. I truly value the friendly relations recently established between us and sincerely hope my business talks with your corporation in the next few days will be fruitful.
(我非常赞同你的观点,李先生。

同时,我非常珍惜我们之间刚刚建立的友好的关系,我衷心希望接下来几天和你们公司的谈判能有丰硕的成果。


You: I'm very glad to hear you say so. Well, here we are. Let's get out of the car and head into the hotel.
(听到你这么说我非常高兴,噢,我们到了,我们下车进酒店吧。


Hall:OK. at last.
(好的,终于到了)
You:Have a good rest and I will pick you up at 9:00 tomorrow morning. is that Ok to you?
(好好休息一下,明天早上9点我来接你,你看合适吗?)
Hall. OK. see you tomorrow.
(好的,明天见)
YOU:Bye. see you tomorrow.
(再见,明天见)
1.We have been transacting with you for many years.
我们与你们已经合作多年了。

2.We can say for certain that we have established good business relations with your firm in the interest of both parties.
我们可以肯定地说为了双方的利益,我们已经同你们公司建立了良好的业务关系。

3.We find from offers recently made to us by other firms that we have been paying you at 5% more than the prices obtainable from your competitors.
从其他公司最近的报价,我们发现我们付给你的价格一直比你们竞争者那里能得到的价格高出5%。

4.To take Contract No.SA-5055 as an example, the Milling Machine under the contract was booked at USD50,000 while your competitors quoted us only USD47,000, more than 5% lower than your prices. with the remaining terms same as yours.
以SA-5055号合同为例,该合同项下的铣床按50000美金订购,而你竞争者只报47000美金,比你价格要低5%以上,其他条款与你相同。

5.The quality of your products is acceptable while the price is too high.
你产品的质量可以接受但是价格太高。

6.We can consider granting you the agency while you have to set forth a new target acceptable to both parties.
我们可以考虑授予你代理权,而你必须提出双方都能接受的新的销售目标。

7.While appreciating your desire to act as our agents, we regret being unable to grant you the agency.
尽管我们很欣赏你希望作为我们的代理,我们非常遗憾不能给予你代理权。

8.We have shipped you 80% of your order with the remaining 20% to be shipped next month.
我们已经装运你订单的80%,余下的20%将于下个月装运。

9.We paid you all the commissions due to you with no balance left.

10.We prefer to continue buying from you, seeing that we have dealt with you so long.
