金黄散山茶油调外敷治疗下肢丹毒效果观察

【摘要】目的：观察金黄散山茶油调外敷治疗下肢丹毒的疗效。

方法将入选符合标准的60例丹毒患者随机分成观察组和对照组各30例。

对照组采用常规治疗方法，在抗感染的基础上金黄散醋调外敷；观察组在抗感染的基础上改用金黄散山茶油调外敷，10 d后比较2组患者的疗效。

结果观察组的治愈率和治愈时间优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。

结论采用金黄散山茶油调外敷提高了下肢丹毒的临床效果。

%Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of camelia oil golden powder external application in treating erysipelas in lower limbs.Methods60 selected casesthat met the criteria were randomly divided intoobservation group(30 cases)andcontrol group(30 cases). The cases in control group were treated with conventional treatment and the golden powder with vinegar external application based on the anti-infective. The cases in observation group switched to the golden powder with camellia oil external application based on the anti-infective. The clinica efficacy of two groups’patients was compared after 10
days.ResultsThere was significant difference of the cure rate and healing time(P<0.05),the observation group was better than the control group. Conclusion Theexternalapplication of the golden powder with camelia oil can improve the clinical effect of lower limb erysipelas.
