Changes are inevitable in life. Some changes are planned, while others are unexpected. In my life, I have experienced many changes, both big and small.
One of the biggest changes in my life was moving to a new country. I moved from China to the United States to pursue my education. This was a huge change for me, as I had to leave my family and friends behind and adjust to a new culture and language. It was difficult at first, but I eventually adapted and made new friends.
Another change I experienced was switching my major in college. I started off as a business major, but I realized that I was more interested in psychology. This was a big decision for me, as I had to start over and take new classes. However, I am now much happier with my choice and feel more fulfilled in my studies.
Finally, a small change that had a big impact on my life was starting to exercise regularly. I used to be very inactive and would spend most of my time sitting. However, I started going to the gym and doing yoga, and I feel much healthier and happier as a result.
