【摘要】目的：探讨腹部X线平片检查在肠梗阻的诊断中的价值。

方法回顾性分
析我院2012年1月～2014年6月经手术证实为肠梗阻患者腹部X线平片检查
30例临床资料进行分析。

结果 X线平片对肠梗阻的诊断符合达到93.33%。

结论
X线检查仍是首选的影像检查技术，成像清晰，并可作多体位、多轴位和动态观察，以显示脏器的局部和全貌，从而提示观察胃肠道疾病的形态与功能性改
变。

%Objective The value of abdominal X-Ray examination in the diagnosis of Intestinal Obstruction is to be discussed. Methods Review and analyze the clinical treatment data selected from 30 cases of patients who have been diagnosed as intestinal obstruction by abdominal X-Ray examination from January 2012 to June 2014. Results The efficiency rate of abdominal X-ray examination in diagnosis of intestinal obstruction is up to 93.33%.Conclusion X-Ray examination is stil the first choice of imaging technology,it boasts the advantage of image clarity; and in addition,X-Ray examination can diagnose the targeted image by multi-position observation,multi-axis position observation and dynamic observation in order to present the local or the whole organ manifestations, which can be taken as tips for observing morphological and functional changes in the gastrointestinal disease.
