【摘要】目的：探讨淋巴结转移度对手术治疗Ⅲ期大肠癌患者发生远处转移的预
测效果。

方法回归性分析2010年1月至2014年4月来我院行根治切除术的120例Ⅲ期大肠癌患者的临床资料，根据患者术后有无远处转移将他们分为转移组与非转移组，然后分析Ⅲ期大肠癌患者术后出现远处转移与淋巴结转移度的关系。

结果转移组患者41例，非转移组患者79例。

两组患者在肿瘤类型、检出淋巴结总数、肿瘤的分化程度及淋巴结转移度方面有统计学差异，多因素分析结果显示肿瘤分化程度、肿瘤的类型及淋巴结转移度都是影响Ⅲ期大肠癌术后远处转移的独立危险因素。

结论Ⅲ期大肠癌患者发生远处转移与淋巴结转移度独立相关，淋巴结转移度与肿瘤的分化程度可作为预测Ⅲ期大肠癌术后是否发生远处转移的重要参考指标。

%Objective To explore the forecast results of the degree of lymph node metastasis to the surgical treatment of stageⅢ colorectal cancer patients with distant metastasis.Methods Regression analysis the clinical data of the radical resection of 120 cases stageⅢ colorectal cancer patients who came to our hospital. All the patients were divided into distant metastasis group and non-transfer group according to the presence of absence of distant metastasis. The relationship between the degree of lymph node metastasis and the surgical treatment of stageⅢ colorectal
cancer patients with distant metastasis.Results There were 41 cases patients in the metastasis group ,and there were 79 cases patients in the non-metastasis group. The two group patients has signiifcant differences in the tumor type, the total number of lymph nodes detected, the degree of tumor differentiation and the degree of lymph node metastasis. The multivariate analysis showed that the degree of tumor differentiation, tumor type and the degree of lymph node metastasis were the independent risk factors for colorectal cancer surgeryⅢ effects of distant metastasis.Conclusion The degree of lymph node metastasis is independently correlated with distant organ metastasis of stageⅢ colorectal cancer patients. The degree of lymph node metastasis and the degree of tumor differentiation can be used the important index to predict the stageⅢ colorectal cancer patients after surgical treatment.
