影响护理临床带教质量因素分析及管理对策

【摘要】目的：探讨影响护理临床带教质量因素及管理对策.方法：对影响护理临床带教质量的管理者、带教者及被带教者等因素进行分析,并对其进行规范化管理,加强带教教师的培训,提高护生实际工作能力.结果：实施对策后护生对临床带教的满意度和实际操作能力均明显高于实施前（P〈0.05）.结论：通过分析及加强管理对策,提高了带教质量.%Objective: To investigate the influence factors and management countermeasures of clinical nursing teaching
quality.Methods: The factors such as managers,nursing teacher,nursing students and so on that can influence the quality of clinical nursing teaching were analyzed,and made standardized
management,strengthened the training of nursing teachers,and improved the actual work ability of nursing students.Results: After implementation of countermeasures,the satisfaction and actual operating capacity of nursing students on clinical teaching were significantly higher than before implementation(P0.05).Conclusion: Through analysis and strengthening the management countermeasures,the quality of clinical nursing teaching is improved.
