显然,内容是关键信息,照片是谁拍的、什么时候拍的、这些这不是关键信息。

课文中运用There is /are…来说明照片上的内容。

“there”引导的是一种特殊的句子,表示“有…”放在句首的there 看似是主语,而真正的主语却在后面。

Module7 Unit1 There is a horse in this photo.一、教材分析本单元的教学内容是用There is…句型描述图片或场景,语言功能是运用句型描述某地有某物。

主要通过Sam与Amy照片的呈现,引导学生学会用There is…以及前面学过的doing句型描述照片,并为第二单元的There are…句型的学习做铺垫,由于学生已经学过含-ing的句子结构,对于这一结构已经有了一定的基础,但是本单元的There is句型初次接触,还应重点引导学生理解、掌握并达到运用。

二、学生分析本单元的教学对象是四年级学生。

有了一年的英语学习积累,四年级的孩子已经具备初步的听、说、认读等语言能力,对进行时的学习已有了一定的基础,能够够运用进行时的句型来问答交流。

这一课时的内容来源于与学生生活较贴近的照片的谈论与描述,但是用英语描述照片内容,是他们的信息空缺,因此,在教学思路上充分利用文本图片,从孩子们的好奇心和兴趣入手设计活动,让学生能说、会说、想说。

通过创设有效情景,进一步引导学生在较为真实的语言情境中巩固和拓展对目标语言知识的运用。
