The most beautiful memory very worthwhile to note down in my dairy weekly was our experience of working on farm on the weekend.

On Thursday,we held a class meeting with the theme of Labour Is Honorable.Besides the lecture by our head teacher and our devoted discussion,the most exciting arrangement was that we would spend the weekend on the farm,experiencing the hard but expected farm work.

On Friday evening,I prepared my luggage for an overnight,considerately packaging everything I needed such as clothes and some other daily necessities/toiletries.I was full of expectation.

The two days’labor was to harvest watermelons on the boundless farm.We were so quick to learn to identify ripened ones.Under the burning sun,we worked very efficiently but we never tasted a bite of watermelon since we understood the harvest was from hard work by farmers.
