BITE 2和BITE 2P电池阻抗测试设备说明书

BITE ®2 and BITE 2PBattery Impedance Test EquipmentnDetermines condition of lead-acid and NiCd cells up to 7000 Ahn On-board Pass/Warning/Fail indications n Robust, repeatable instruments n On-line testingnChecks charger condition by measuring ac ripple currentBITE ® 2 and BITE 2PBattery Impedance Test EquipmentDESCRIPTIONThe BITE 2 and BITE 2P Battery Impedance Test Equipment determine the condition of lead-acid andnickel-cadmium cells up to 7000 Ah. An advanced feature set has been developed that includes Pass/Warning/Fail calculations based on a user-entered baseline value, advanced printing functions and more. The case of the BITE 2P consists of both the transmitter and a carrying case for all of the standard accessories and some of the optional accessories, in an all-in-one unit. The BITE 2 and its accessories fit into a sturdy canvas case with a shoulder strap. The instruments work by applying a test signal across the battery string while on-line, then calculates impedance based on simultaneous measurements of current andresulting voltage drop of each cell/jar. They also measure dc voltage and interconnection (strap) resistance to help determine the overall condition of the entire battery string’s electrical path from terminal plate to terminal plate. In addition, the BITE 2 and BITE 2P measure ac ripple current which, if too high and over an extended period of time, can damage the battery by heating it. (An increase of battery temperature by 18ºF/10ºC will halve the life of lead-acid batteries.) Battery manufacturers generally recommend a limit of 5A of ac ripple current for every 100 Ah of battery capacity. The first measurement that the instruments take is ac ripple current which should be trended. The BITE 2 and BITE 2P receiver stores the readings in its internal memory. These measurements, along with other maintenance data such as ambient and pilot cell temperatures and ac ripple current, assist in determining the overall condition of battery systems. Meggerrecommends that impedance measurements with the BITE 2 or BITE 2P be made part of a battery maintenance program with readings taken and recorded semiannually for flooded batteries and quarterly for VRLA.Unlike load cycle testing that involves substantial downtime and repeated discharges, using the instruments require no battery discharge, nor do they stress the battery in any way compared to other techniques. With a test time of less than 15 seconds for each cell and intercell connector, one person can easily, quickly, and precisely measure internal cell impedance, dc terminal voltage and intercell connection resistance without taking the battery system off line and evaluate charger condition also.Naturally, everything you need to perform these tests is included with the basic instruments. There is a full line of optional accessories to enhance the capabilities of the BITE 2 and BITE 2P. Both have the ability to download to a PC for data interpretation and to ProActiv ™, Megger’s battery database management software. Additionally, the BITE 2P has a built-in printer to review the active test and also to leave a hard copy record at the site.ReceiverThe battery-operated receiver incorporates the potential leads, clamp-on current sensor, and data storagecapabilities. It stores more than 2000 sets of data (cell impedance, cell voltage and interconnecting strapresistance, date and time stamps) in up to 300 tests. It also allows for printing the active test for easy review and retest. Selective printing of any test and deleting oldest tests are now included features to maintain in memory the most critical tests.BITE 2PBITE 21981BITE ® 2 and BITE 2PBattery Impedance Test EquipmentAt any time while performing a test, the operator can review the current test results by using arrow keys and scrolling back through the active test screen. The operator can also print the active test using the BITE 2P transmitter printer. If needed, the operator can retest any of the cells and straps in the current test. Stored data can also bedownloaded via the RS-232 connector directly to a personal computer or the BITE 2P transmitter printer. One additional feature of the receiver is that if you are called away while in the middle of the test, simply shut down the instrument and it will remember where you left off in the test. The clamp-on current sensor is connected to the receiver during testing and clamped around a convenient intertier or intercell connection within the loop created by the transmitter’s current source leads and the battery string. If the intercell or intertier connection consists of more cables than the diameter of the clamp-on current sensor can encompass, the receiver has a split-strap function. There are optional RopeCTs TM available for large buss work. With the optional bar-code wand, additional information such as location ID, user ID, ambient and pilot celltemperatures can be recorded and stored. There is space on the printout to enter specific gravity readings.Data, measured and stored in the receiver can be exported to a PC. It can also be printed to the BITE 2P transmitter printer where it can be reviewed. Figure 1 shows a sample printout of a full battery analysis report.APPLICATIONSA battery’s internal impedance increases with decreasing capacity due to various conditions such as age, ambient temperature, discharge history, etc. See Figure 2. Both the BITE 2 and BITE 2P measure impedance values and dc voltage for lead-acid and nickel-cadmium cells up to 7000 Ah capacity.Impedance finds electrical path problems due to plate sulphation, post-seal corrosion, dry-out, and poor intracell and intercell connections. This information lets the operator determine maintenance needs such as:n Cell replacement criteria based on impedance trends.n Jumpering out a cell or two.n Clean and/or retorque intercell connectors.n Shorten the maintenance interval, etc.Typical installations that can be tested using the BITE 2 and BITE 2P include:n Electrical power generation plants.n Substations: utility, railroad, industrialn Telecommunications facilities: CO, Wireline, Wireless,MTSOn UPS systemsn Railroad: Signals and Communications, substation n Aircraft power supplies n Marine, militaryFEATURES AND BENEFITSn On-line testing requiring no downtime.n Enhanced printing and memory functions.n Calculates impedance automatically and stores resultsfor on-site review.n Requires no battery discharge.n Receiver has an RS-232 connector for downloading storeddata to a personal computer.n Reduced test time: less than 15 seconds for each cell.n Measures impedance and dc voltage values for all lead-acidand nickel-cadmium cells up to 7000 Ah.n Stores more than 2000 sets of readings in up to300 tests.n Checks charger condition by measuring ac ripple current.TransmitterThe transmitter provides the capacitively coupled ac test signal to avoid transients on the dc buss and applies it to the cells under test via the source leads. Both the BITE 2 and BITE 2P transmitters have an LCD and built-in receiver charger, while the BITE 2P transmitter features a built-in printer.Figure 1. Sample battery analysis reportBITE ® 2 and BITE 2PBattery Impedance Test EquipmentTest ProcedureThe BITE 2 and BITE 2P work by applying a capacitively coupled ac test signal across the battery string while on-line. The receiver and potential probe are placed at the cell terminals to measure the signal and resulting voltage drop for each cell/jar. During each measurement, impedance is calculated following Ohm’s Law, displayed on the LCD and stored. The instruments also measure, display and record dc voltage and interconnection (strap) resistance to help determine the overall condition of the entire battery string’s electrical path from terminal plate to terminal plate. The also measure ac ripple current, a charger parameter. The BITE 2 and BITE 2P receiver stores the readings in its internal memory. These measurements, along with other maintenance data such as ambient and pilot cell temperatures and ac ripple current, assist in determining the overall condition of battery systems. Figure 3 shows a typical test setup.Interpretation of ReadingsData produced by the BITE 2 and BITE 2P can beinterpreted in several modes: instantaneous, short-term and long-term time frames. An impedance distribution plot, as shown in Figure 4, assists in the analysis.Instantaneous InterpretationThe operator can enter a baseline value from either the impedance measurements obtained at commissioning or from the Megger website. The percent changes from baseline for warning and fail levels are entered, but 20 percent and 40 percent are the default settings. The LCD on the receiver will display the status of the cell for a few seconds before proceeding to the next cell. The status of each cell/jar will be printed on the Battery Analysis Report. Short-Term InterpretationImpedance readings for individual cells can be used in the short term to compare with the average impedance readings for the entire battery string. Individual cell values with deviations of more than ±15% for flooded lead-acid, ±35% for VRLA, and 50% for NiCd cells from the battery string average typically indicate a problem with that cell. Megger recommends additional investigation of such cells including a verification of intercell connections and a single cell load-cycle test.Long-Term InterpretationImpedance readings for the entire battery can be used in the long term to determine replacement criteria. Battery cell impedance values should be recorded and compared to previous readings to determine the position of the cell on the curve of impedance versus cell life as shown in Figure 2. Based on experience, a variation of ±20% from baseline for flooded lead-acid, ±40% for VRLA and 50% for NiCd cells indicate significant change in the electrical path to warrant serious evaluation of the condition of the battery system. Megger maintains a database of impedance values by some manufacturers and battery size/type. For comparison purposes, this information is available upon request.Figure 4. Pressure Transducers产品说明书

Pressure Transducers产品说明书

PX161, PX162, PX163, PX164Pressure TransducersSignal conditioned pressure sensors are solid state piezoresistive devices. They are ideally suited toapplications requiring exact measurement of pressurewhere the benefits of repeatability low hysteresis, and long term stability are important. They offer state-of-the-art benefits of hybrid IC devices, including compactness, ruggedness, and reliability. Computer controlled laser trimming provides close control of important sensor parameters at a lower total cost and higher performance than can be achieved with discrete circuitry. Circuitry to provide temperature compensation is an integral part of each device and is optimized on each unit as part of the calibration procedure. Null and full scale output aresimilarly controlled. No adjustment or recalibration by the user is required.SolderingLimit soldering to 315°C (600°F) maximum, with duration of 10 seconds maximum.CleaningProper cleaning fluids should be selected, based on type of contaminant to be removed. OMEGA recommends alcohols or fluorinated solvents.PX160PX-160 Series Transducers measures pressure in very low ranges, such as -20 to +120 cm H 2O, ±5" H 2O, 0-10", H 2O,and 0-27.68" H 2O (0-1 psi). The gage and differential type sensors feature excellent sensitivityThe PX160 Series are contained in a thermornoplastic housing. The 0.10" x .020" printed circuit board terminals exit on the opposite side from the ports.WARNING!Read Before InstallationFluid hammer and surges can destroy any pressure transducer and must always be avoided. A pressure snubber should be installed to eliminate the damaging hammer effects.Fluid hammer occurs when a liquid flow is suddenly stopped, as with quick closing solenoid valves. Surges occur when flow is suddenly begun, as when a pump is turned on at full power or a valve is quickly opened.Liquid surges are particularly damaging to pressure transducers if the pipe is originally empty. To avoid damaging surges, fluid lines should remain full (if possible), pumps should be brought up to power slowly, and valves opened slowly. To avoid damage from both fluid hammer and surges, a surge chamber should be installed, and a pressure snubber should be installed on every transducer.Symptoms of fluid hammer and surge’s damaging effects:a) Pressure transducer exhibits an output at zero pressure (large zero offset). If zero offset is less than 10% F.S., user can usually re-zero meter, install proper snubber and continue monitoring pressures.b) Pressure transducer output remains constant regardless of pressure.c) In severe cases, there will be no output.Differential and Gage TypesGage and differential devicesmeasure one pressure with respect to another. In differential devices, measurands are applied to both ports. In gage devices, P 1is vented to atmospheric pressure and the measurand is applied to P 2.Temperature ErrorTemperature error is calculated with respect to 25°C and expresses the deviation that could occur astemperature is raised or lowered to limits indicated.Typical (as used herein): the error is within ±1 standard deviation (±d) of the nominal specified value, ascomputed from the total population.Direct all warranty and repair requests/inquiries to the OMEGA Customer Service Department. Although the case sizeis very compact, the converter contains a built-in EMC filter EN-55022 Class B without the need for any externalcomponents. The RPP20 is available in a ribbed case style for active cooling. They are UL-60950-1 certified.FeaturesICETechnology*• +115°C Maximum Case Temperature• -45°C Minimum Case Temperature• Built-in EMC Filter• Ribbed Case Style• 2250VDC Isolation• EN-55022 Class B RPP20-2412S* ICE TechnologyICE (Innovation in Converter Excellence)uses state-of-the-art techniques to minimiseinternal power dissipation and to increasethe internal temperature limits to extend theambient operating temperature range to themaximum.Notes:Note1: Typical values at nominal input voltage and full load.Only the single output converters have a trim function that allows users to adjust the output voltage from +10% to -10%, please refer to the trim table that follow for details. Adjustment to the output voltage can be used with a simple fixed resistor as shown in Figures 1 and 2. A single fixed resistor can increase or decrease the output voltage depending on its connection. Resistor should be located close to the converter. If the trim function is not used, leave the trim pin open.Trim adjustments higher than the specified range can have an adverse effect on the converter´s performance and are not recommended. E xcessive voltage differences between output voltage sense voltage, in conjunction with trim adjustment of the output voltage; can cause the OVP circuitry to activate. Thermal derating is based on maximum output current and voltage at the converter´s output pins. Use of the trim and sense function can cause output voltages to increase, thereby increasing output power beyond the converter´s specified rating. Therefore: (Vout at Pins) X (Iout) ≤ rated output power.PROTECTIONSParameterConditionValueOutput Power Protection (OPP)current limit 120% typ.Over Voltage Protection (OVP)10% load 120% typ.Over Temperature Protection (OTP)case temperature 120°C, auto-recovery Isolation Voltage I/P to O/P , at 70% RH I/P to Case, O/P to Case 2250VDC / 1 Minute 1500VDC / 1 MinuteIsolation Resistance I/P to O/P , at 70% RH100M W min.Isolation CapacitanceI/P to O/P1500pF typ.Specifications (measured @ ta= 25°C, nominal input voltage, full load and after warm-up)Notes:Note2:This Power Module is not internally fused. Service conditionsIndoor transformersThe transformers need to be installed in dry and indoor conditions where the ambient air is not significantly polluted by dust, smoke, corrosive gases, vapours or salts. The transformers are designed for standard ambi-ent temperatures between -40°C and +80°C and altitudes below 1000 m above sea level. The trans-formers can also be operated at higher or lower ambient air temperatures and higher installation altitudes if such are agreed with the manufacturer.Where:1VLT5115014137 serial numberBDG 072B3 type code of transformer 4400002526 order number 60 Hzrated frequency 32000//5/5/5 A rated transformer ratio 1S1-1S2 terminal marking for core no. 1100 VA, 60 VA rated output (burden)5P, 0.2S accuracy classes 0.72/3 kV voltage levelIEC 61869-2 corresponding standard (standards)210 (3s) kA rated short-time thermal current 575 kA rated dynamic current 2015 year of manufacture Ethermal classLabel abbreviation definitions2. Technical detailsTechnical details and specifications of each of the transformers are shown on a rating plate fixed to the terminal box. It is not allowed to operate the transformer at values exceeding the nameplate data.Dimensional drawings of transformers ELK-CN are shown in Appendix 2.3. Instructions for installationGeneral informationsInstrument transformer is an electrical equip-ment and the electrical installation of the instru-ment transformer can be done by skilled person-nel, only. The level of experience, age andeligibility criteria for persons working with, on or near electric installations are governed by na-tional legislation. If no a such eligibility legislation is available the corresponding requirements can be found in EN 50110-1 standard.Safety instructions 1. A lways consider the transformer as a part of electric circuit which it is connected to.—01—01 Example of rating plateThis installation, use and maintenance guide is valid for current instrument transformers intented for indoor operation.

22101-EN/LZT108546 Uen Rev B Electronic Fiber Cleaver EFC 11• Electronically tuned ultrasonic blade• For multi-mode and single-mode fiber• End angle consistently < 1°• For laboratory and field use• Easy to handleElectronic Fiber Cleaver EFC 1122101-EN/LZT108546 Uen Rev B © Ericsson Network Technologies /networktechnologies 2 (2)The most revolutionary aspect of the EFC 11 is the ultrasonic cleaving action. A precision diamond blade is attached to a resonant acoustic-stepped horn. The ultrasonic horn resonance is started and maintained for the duration of the cleave by an electronic circuit. It is then automatically terminated to preserve battery life. The ultrasonically vibrating blade moves slowly towards the tensioned fiber on stiction-less damped bearings. Cleaving takes place without the compressive stresses and blade intrusion into the fiber that is typical of conventional cleavers. This revolutionary new cleaving technique produces superb planar ends of mirror quality with no hackle.OperationA stripped and cleaned fiber is placed in the grooves of the cleaver and is held by specially designed low-torsion clamps. Constant tension is then applied to the fiber by lowering the tension lever. Cleaving is initiated by pushing the blade release lever downwards. The design allows cleaving to take place as close to the coating as may be required. The EFC 11 fiber cleaver has been designed to provide trouble-free cleaving over many thousands of cleaves. This design does not require constant adjustment to stay "in tune". In the event of accidental damage to part of the diamond edge, the operator can adjust the blade to bring a new part of the cutting edge into use. PerformanceEricsson has tested five different EFC 11 cleavers, performing more than 500 cleaves in all (100 splices per cleaver). The test showed that most of the cleaves had a mean angle of 0-0.5 degrees, indicating superior cleaving results with the EFC 11. This ability to cleave optical fiber with end angles consistently less than 1° is a necessity for a good splicing result.Technical DataBattery: 9V alkaline (MN 1604) recommended Battery life: 10,000 cleavesEstimated blade life: >20,000 cleavesFiber diameter: 80-200 µmWeight: 1.2 kg (2,6 lb)Size: 150 x 150 x 68 mm (6" x 6" x 2 2/3")。

Diesel fuel and kerosene are excellent cleaning agents. If you use a cleaning product containing one of these chemicals, cracks caused by the stress release inside the Trogamid ® T5004 will appear on the DGPT2® plastic body. These stress-cracks will cause leaks and make the DGPT2® inoperative until its plastic body has been replaced.5.2 Loss of transparencyIn contaminated atmosphere, successive layers of deposit can alter the DGPT2® plastic body transparency, and even totally occult the visibility of both the dielectric level and the floats. In that case, the best way to recover partial visibility is: • To use a cleaning product containing no chemical listed on page 9. • To use an ultrafine plastic or painting polishing compound used for car body.CRACKS5.3 Chemical and solvent prohibited with Trogamid ® T5004AAcetone Acrylonitrile Allyl alcoholAmmonium sulfide, 40%Amyl alcohol Aniline BBenzaldehyde Benzoic acid* Bromine, liquid 1,3-butanediol 1,4-butanediol 2,3-butanediol n-butyl alcohol t-butyl alcohol Butylene glycol CChloroformChlorosulfuric acid Crotonaldehyde Cyclohexane D1,2-dichloroethane 1,2-dichloroethyleneDifluoromonochloromethane Dimethylformamide 1,4-dioxane EEthyl alcohol Ethylamine, 33% Ethylene diamine Ethylene glycolFFluorodichloromethane Formic acid, concentrated Furfuralcohol GGasoline (5% methanol) Glacial acetic acid HHydrazine hydrate, 80%Hydrochloric acid, concentrated IIsoamyl alcohol Isopropanol MMethylene chloride Methyl ethyl ketone NNitric acid, 2% Nitric acid, 10% Nitric acid, 30% PPotassium chlorate* n-propanolPropylene glycol SSulfuric acid, concentrated TTartaric acid** Saturated solution in water at 23°C6– TECHNICAL DATA6.1 Metal housing- Housing and cover in AISI 304 with 2 screws that can be sealed by leadRatings: IP56, IK07- Wiring output through M25 cable gland with anchor (two positions possible)Tighten capacity: 13-18 mm- Wiring through terminal block with a 6 pitchTighten capacity: 4 mm² (12 or 18 terminals)- 5 mm diameter earthing screw inside the housing- 6 mm diameter earthing screw at the outside base of the housing- Insulation: 500 VDC, 20 MΩ between terminals and earth- Dielectric rigidity: 2,000 VAC, 1 minute between terminals and earth- Fire hazard: the stuffing glands, terminal blocks, wires, etc. are made of self-extinguishing halogen free material.
