Objectives:
This lesson plan is for overall students. It aims at teaching students how to remember words with less effort. Through this lesson they can broaden their vocabulary scope, practice spelling words and correct their pronunciation.
Part One: Warm-up
Greet your students. Have small talk with them.
Part Two: Main Activity
Activity 1:
Put forward a question as to how to recite words and discuss with them, and in the following sum up the means of reciting English words
Golden Tricks
1. Make good use of PPT including various pictures to tell students different groups of people .because there are a broad range of students in the classroom .After teaching, ask several students which group they belong to
For example: woman/man /senior citizen/middle aged /elderly / adult
2. Introduce daily routines by performing these actions like wake up; get dressed;
Then ask a student to act behavior and let other students join and guess it. Take turns. 3. feeiings
Interaction : inter(内部的、相互)+act(行动)+ion(名词后缀) ---相互作用
4. Associate English words with daily life to recite them
For example
Afford =af +Ford(福特家族) means “可以支付的起“
Spouse=sp(spend )+ouse (house) means（可以在房子里过一生的配偶）
Activity Two
Divide the class into a couple of groups, and then ask them to compete with each group. Finally discuss which group takes the first place. The goal of this activity, on the one hand, is to develop their interests in English. On the other hand, it is likely for them to recite a few words.
