3项肾功能生化检测指标对糖尿病肾功能
损伤的诊断价值分析

[摘要]目的分析3项肾功能生化检测指标对糖尿病肾功能损伤的诊断价值。方法选取2020年1月—2023年1月盐城市第一人民医院收治的100例糖尿病肾功能损伤患者(已损伤组),另抽取同期住院治疗的47例单纯糖尿病患者(未损伤组),两组患者均开展3项肾功能生化指标检测,比较两组各项生化指标的差异,并分析各指标单独检测与3项联合检测的诊断效能。结果已损伤组患者血清肌酐(Scr)、β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)、尿素氮(BUN)水平均高于未损伤组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3项肾功能生化指标联合检测的敏感度、特异性及诊断准确率均高于单测Scr、单测β2-MG、单测BUN,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论3项肾功能生化指标联合检测用于临床糖尿病肾功能损伤诊断中可获得较高的诊断准确率,其敏感度及特异性均较高,便于医师及时发现患者病情向糖尿病肾病进展的趋势。

Diagnostic Value of Three Biochemical Test Indexes of Renal Function on Diabetic Renal Impairment

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of three biochemical test indexes of renal function on diabetic renal impairment. Methods 100 patients with diabetic renal function impairment (the group with impairment) in Yancheng First People′s Hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected, and 47 patients with diabetes mellitus alone (the group without impairment) who were hospitalized at the same period were also taken. Three bio‐chemical indexes of renal function were tested in both groups, and the differences between the biochemical indexes of the two groups were compared, and the diagnostic efficacy of each index alone and the three combined tests was ana‐lyzed. Results The serum creatinine (Scr), β2-microglobulin (β2-MG) and urea nitrogen (BUN) levels in the injured group were higher than those in the uninjured group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The sensitiv‐ity, specificity and diagnostic accuracy of the combined test of the three renal function biochemical indexes were higher than those of Scr, β2-MG and BUN alone, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The combined test of three renal function biochemical indexes can be used for the diagnosis of diabetic renal impair‐ment with high diagnostic accuracy, and its sensitivity and specificity are higher, which can facilitate the physicians to detect the trend of patients′ disease progressing to diabetic nephropathy in time.
