Once upon a time, there was an apple tree in a garden. The tree was very happy because it had lots of apples growing on it. One day, a little boy came to the garden and saw the apple tree. He was hungry and asked the tree if he could have an apple. The tree was very kind and gave the
boy an apple.
As the years went by, the boy grew up and became a man. He came back to the garden and saw the apple tree again.
The tree was very happy to see him and asked if he wanted
an apple. The man said no, but he wanted to take some of
the apples and sell them in the market. The tree was happy
to help and gave the man lots of apples.
Years went by again and the man came back to the garden. This time, he was old and tired. The tree was still there, but it had no apples on it. The man asked the tree why it
had no apples. The tree said that it had given all its apples to the man over the years. The man felt very sorry and asked the tree if there was anything he could do to help. The tree said that all it wanted was for the man to sit under its shade and rest.

从前，在一个花园里有一棵苹果树。

这棵树非常开心，因为它上面长了很多苹果。

有一天，一个小男孩来到花园里，看到了这棵苹果树。

他很饿，就问苹果树能不能给他一个苹果。
