The teaching aims:
Knowledge aims:
1. Get the students revise the words about the school things and numbers: seventy bags, eighty books.
2.Get the students learn the words about the school things and numbers: ninety pens one hundred pencils.
3. Get the students revise the sentence patterns: How many bags/books do you have? We/I have seventy bags/ eighty books.
4. Get the students learn the new sentence patterns: How many pens/pencils do you have? We/I have ninety pens/ one hundred pencils.
5.Expand sentences about “PROJECT HOPE,RELEASE THE HOPE!”.
6.Get the students chant: We have seventy bags.
Ability aims:
1. Develop the students’ability of speaking by doing the dialogues.
2. Develop the students’ability of chanting by chanting.
3. Develop the students’ability of listening by listening or asking and answering the questions.
Moral aims:
1. Get the students to learn to show their love and enthusiasm.
2. Get the students to learn listening and observing.
3. Develop the students’ sense of cooperation.
4. Inspire the student to hope. Sprinkle with the seeds of helping others in student heart.
Main points:
1. Develop students’sense of cooperation and expand students' thinking.
2. Develop the students’ speaking ability by doing the dialogues.
3. Enable the students to use the sentences patterns in the differences situation.
4.Get the student to use the words about the school things and numbers to make the dialogues.
Difficult points:
1. Enable the students to imagine how to help children in need.

3. Get the students to expand dialogues about the school things and numbers

Step1. Lead in.
1. Greeting:
T:Hello, kids. Welcome to my class. Today we will learn Unit 2 There are forty students in our class.Lesson 11
2. Show Guidance learning aims.
3. Let’s chant first.
Chant to revise the school things and numbers.
T: Now let’s chant first. Listen to the music. Teacher shows flash.
4. After chanting, ask and answer the questions: How many bags/books do you have? We/I have seventy bags/ eighty books.(Revise )
Step2. Teaching procedures:
1. Talk about new numbers by asking and answering: How many pens/pencils do you have? We/I have ninety pens/ one hundred pencils.
T: Let’s see: Show the pictures and ask: How many pens/pencils do you have? We/I have ninety pens/ one hundred
pencils.
2. Spell the new words one by one: pen, pencil
3. Do exercises.
4. Look at the pictures about “Project Hope” and listen
to the tape.
T: Let’s listen to the dialogue. (Look at the picture and the flash.)
(1) Listen to the dialogue and answer the questions.
(2) Group work: Make a dialogue and show.
T: Good job.
5. Write down“Hope Wishes” and stick them.
T: You do very well.

【教学反思】
本课教学的目的主要是通过一系列语言实践活动,帮学生复习和熟练掌握有关数字和学习用品的词汇、句型和话题,以提高他们用英语进行基本交流的能力。
针对以上情况,我在本次教学活动中将整课的教学顺序重新调整,创设情境,把听、说、读、写,有韵律地唱、游、演、画都运用到了,学生参与率高,兴趣盎然。
这样的处理的目的是使词汇和句型操练更有趣味性,更符合小学生的心理特征,同时也体现的在“玩中学、学中玩”的教学理念。
又使学生融入情景其中,在最后一个环节的教学中,因为可以创作性表演,学生会非常自然地拓展了对话,在对话中加入了自己的生活或者熟悉的情境。
真正做到“学以致用”。
利用“希望工程”这一主题来拓展话题,让每个学生都在心里树立“扶危济困”的品质,并激励他们只有奋发图强,才能帮助他人。
当然在此次教学活动中也存在一些问题亟待我去改正,如:与学生课堂沟通不能达到及时同步使得有的同学跟不上节奏的问题;有时候不能关注到所有同学,致使一些同学课堂上行为松散;以及集体朗
读的时候还会出现唱读,走音的现象等,我会尽力在以后的课堂中多注意,多纠正。
