Unit1 How can I get there教材分析一、教材介绍本单元主要学习“问路”和“指点方向”这两个话题。

这一单元分主情景图,A, B和C 四个部分,分别是:主情景图是对本单元所学知识的总体预览,比学生对本单元将要学习的知识有个初步的了解。

A 部分主要包含Let’s try, Let’s talk, Let’s learn,Make a map and talk 四个环节。

主要学习地点名词以及关于问路的句型,综合训练学生的听、说、读、写能力。

B 部分主要包含Let’s try, Let’s talk, Let’s learn, Be a tour guide, Read and write, Let’s check, Let’s wrap it up七个环节。

主要学习指点方向的话题,内容由单词到句子再到短文,遵循了由浅入深的原则。

C部分只有Story time—个环节。

主要在学习A, B部分的基础上进行拓展,综合前面所学的知识了解故事内容。

二、学情分析本单元的教学重点是“问路”以及“指点方向”。

涉及“问路”的句型主要有:Where is...? How can I get to…?其中句型Where is…?是中低年级中已经学习过的重点句型。

教师在设计教学活动时应考虑学生已有的认知水平,注意以旧引新,这样既能相应地降低教学难度,又能自然地引出新的教学内容。

Unit One How can I get there?单元教材分析本单元是义务教育PEP小学英语教科书六年级上册第一单元,单元学习的主题是问路。

中心话题围绕How can I get there? 即问路以及指点方向话题展开,在教材创设的一个问路与指路的真实情境中引出三组情境对话和一个趣味故事。

贯穿本单元内容的主线就是问路,由问路展开一系列话题,从而推进教学。

问路与指路话题是学生比较感兴趣的话题,此话题在学生实际生活中使用广泛,与生活联系十分紧密。

六年级学生已经掌握了一些相关生活与学习场所等地点名称的词汇与常见的方位介词、介词短语等的表达法,在本单元学习中,重点通过听、说、读、写等活动使学生掌握本单元主要交际语言:Where is...? It’s... 等问题与指路的交际用语和相关功能词汇,并能通过学习,进一步发展学生的语言交际能力,解决现实生活中的问路与指路问题。

本单元重点学习两个方面:1、能够简单描述城市、城镇或社区内公共设施的大致位置;2、能够询问路线并简单回答。

所以,本单元中A部分承担了为B部分做铺垫的任务,B部分是知识的拓展延伸部分。
