我的烦恼蛀牙作文
I recently discovered that I have a cavity and it's been causing me a lot of physical pain. I dread going to the dentist because I know it will be a long and possibly painful process. 最近发现我有蛀牙,让我感到身体很难受。
我很害怕去看牙医,因为我知道整个过程可能会很漫长而且有可能很痛苦。
The thought of needles and drills in my mouth makes me anxious and uneasy. I also worry about the cost of getting a filling or other dental work done. 想到针头和钻头会进入我的口腔让我感到焦虑和不安。

Having a cavity has made me more conscious of my dental hygiene and I now brush and floss diligently to prevent further decay. But the fear of the pain and discomfort still lingers in my mind. 有了蛀牙让我更加重视口腔卫生,现在我勤洗牙和使用牙线来预防进一步的蛀牙。

I've been trying to find ways to cope with my dental anxiety, whether it's through relaxation techniques or seeking support from friends
