【摘要】目的探讨冠心病(CHD)患者周围血中一氧化氮(NO)及其合酶(NOS)浓度
的变化及在CHD发病中的意义。

方法测定50例CHD患者血中NO、NOS水平，并与正常对照组进行比较。

结果 CHD患者血清NO、NOS水平明显低于正常对
照组(P＜0.01)，NO与病情严重性有关，NO与NOS呈正相关关系(P＜0.01)。

结论 NO水平在CHD患者中降低。

血中NO浓度变化可反映内皮功能，有助于CHD的诊治及其病情严重性的监测。

%Objectives To prove the change of serum nitrec oxide(NO) level and its synthase(NOS) in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD) and to investigate the significance of them in the pathogenesis of CHD.Methods The serum NO and NOS levels was measured in 50 patients with CHD and compared with that in normal controls.Results NO and NOS levels in CHD group were obviously lower than those in normal controls(P＜0.01). NO was in consistent with the severity of CHD.The analysis of linear correlation showed that NO level was positively correlate with that of NOS(P＜0.01).Conclusions The results suggest that serum NO decrease in patients with CHD.The level of serum NO may reflect the function of the endothelium. To test NO level helps to diagnosis and therapy of CHD as well as to monitor of the severity of patients′ condition.
