Building construction safety comprehensive evaluation based on catastrophe theory and BP neural network

Abstract:A comprehensive evaluation model is designed to reduce the casualties in building construction. On the basis of the establishment of the building construction safety evaluation indicator system,the catastrophe theory is introduced for the safety evaluation from the perspective of the suddenness of accident. After the score of the underlying indicator is obtained,it is standardized and processed to obtain an original data. The low⁃dimensional catastrophe model in the catastrophe theory is used to deduce the high⁃dimensional catastrophe model,which is then applied to the evaluation process. The original data is processed by a hierarchical catastrophe model to obtain the total catastrophe membership. And then,the corresponding relations between the underlying indicators and the total catastrophe membership are achieved according to the fact that the scores of the underlying indicators are related to the safety status. The comprehensive evaluation value is obtained on the basis of the corresponding relations. In order to facilitate the safety evaluation of several construction sites, the BP neural network is combined with the catastrophe theory,and the original data and comprehensive evaluation values are input into the BP neural network for training to obtain the comprehensive evaluation model. The comprehensive model was applied to the specific cases. It can be seen that the evaluation results are consistent with the actual safety status of the cases. Therefore, the model is applicable to the building construction safety evaluation.

摘 要:为了减少建筑施工中人员伤亡问题,提出一种综合评价模型。在构建建筑施工安全评价指标体系的基础上,
从事故突发性角度入手,引入突变理论进行安全评价,在得到底层指标评分后,将其标准化处理为原始数据,由突变理论中
将此综合模型应用到实例,得出的评价结果与实例实际安全情况一致,认为此综合评价模型可适用于建筑施工安全评价。
