阿片类药物复合异丙酚在胃镜检查中的麻醉效果对照

【摘要】To analyze the anesthesia effect of using the combination of opioid and propofol in gastroscopy examination.Method:108 patients who underwent gastroscopy examination in our hospital from November 2012 to November 2013 were selected,they were double-blindly randomly divided into three groups:the control group, the research group A,the research group B,36 cases in each group.These groups were received propofol sedation,the combining sedation of butorphanol and propofol,and the combining sedation of remifentanil and propofol respectively.The observation indexes of the three groups were observed and compared.Result:The consciousness recovery time,recovery time and adverse reactions during inspection in the research group A and research group B were significantly better than the control group,and the respiratory depression condition in research group A was significantly better than the other two groups,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).During the inspection process,HP,MAP and SpO2 were decreased significantly than before the examination,after the check back to normal,the differences were statistically significant within the
group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combining sedation of remifentanil and
propofol in gastroscopy examination has the remarkable anesthesia effect,and has fewer respiratory depression conditions.%目的：分析阿片类药物复合异丙酚在胃镜检查中的麻醉效果。

方法：选取2012年11月-2013年11月本院收治的108例行胃镜检查的患者，按照双盲随机分为对照组、研究A组和研究B组各36例，分别给予异丙酚镇静、布托啡诺复合异丙酚镇静以及瑞芬太尼复合异丙酚镇静，观察比较三组患者各种观察指标的差异。

结果：研究A、B组的意识恢复时间、定向力恢复时间、检查过程中的不良反应情况均明显优于对照组，研究A组的呼吸抑制情况明显低于其他两组，组间比较差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。

三组患者检查过程中HP、MAP及SpO2较检查前均明显下降，检查结束后恢复正常，组内比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。

结论：布托啡诺复合异丙酚镇静在胃镜检查中的麻醉效果显著，且呼吸抑制情况较低。
