“5W2H”原则可以使工作和任务设计更加完善,防止遗漏,使设计的结果更有效。
具体如下:
WHAT---什么事?要做什么?(明确工作/任务的内容)
WHO---由谁来执行、谁来负责?(明确工作/任务的对象)
WHEN---什么时候开始?什么时候结束?什么时候检查?(明确工作/任务的时间表)
WHERE---在哪里做,哪里开始?哪里结束?(明确工作/任务的空间位置和变化)
WHY---这样做的必要性是什么?有没有更好的办法?告诉下级事情的重要性可以使其更负责任!或受到激励。

5W2H is the principle that can help you complete your job and task design, avoid omission and make your plan more efficient. The details are as follows: What—What’s the job? And what to do? (to make clear the content of job/assignment )
Who---Who will do it? And who will be responsible for it? (to make clear the object of job/assignment )
When---When to begin? When will be finished? When to check it? (to make clear the schedule of job/assignment)
Where---Where to do? Where to begin? Where will be finished? (to make clear the location and variation of job/assignment)
Why---Why it is a must to do so? Which method is better? Tell your team the necessity to ensure their responsibility! Or inspire them! (to make clear the target of job/assignment)
How---How to do it? Which measure should be taken? (to make clear the procedure/plan of job/assignment)
How much---How large the job is? To which extent is suitable? (to make clear the problem and solution of job/assignment)。
