【摘要】目的：比较头孢克肟和头孢克洛治疗小儿急性呼吸道感染的临床效果。

方法将61例急性呼吸道感染患儿按照给药方式分为对照组与观察组，分别为29例与32例。

对照组给予头孢克洛治疗，观察组给予头孢克肟治疗。

比较两组临床疗效、相关症状消失时间及不良反应发生情况。

结果经治疗，观察组临床总有效率为93.75%，显著高于对照组65.52%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组退热时间、啰音消失时间及咳嗽消失时间均显著小于对照组（P＜0.05）；对照组不良反应发生率为27.59%，显著高于观察组12.50%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。

结论与头孢克洛相比，头孢克肟治疗小儿急性呼吸道感染的临床效果更显著，安全性更高，应在临床上进行推广、应用。

%Objective To explore the cefixime and cefaclor in the clinical effect of treatment of children with acute respiratory tract infection.Methods 61 patients children with acute respiratory infection were randomly divided into the control group and observation group.The control group was treated by cefaclor,and observation group was treated by cefixime.We were going to compare the clinical curative effect,the symptoms disappear time,the inflammatory factor levels and adverse reactions occur between the two groups.Results After the treatment,the clinical effective rate of observation group is
93.75%,and it is significantly higher than control group 65.52%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The defervescence time,the sound disappear time and cough disappearance time of observation group were significantly less than the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions was 27.59%,and it is significantly higher than the observation group 12.50%,the difference was statistically significant
(P<0.05). ConclusionThe cefixime on the treatment of children with acute respiratory tract infection is more prominent and secure which should be popularized and applied in clinical.
