My May Day Labor Plan
Hooray, the May Day holiday is coming soon! I'm so excited because that means I'll have a whole week off from school. But my parents always tell me that even though it's a holiday, I still need to have a plan and keep myself busy with meaningful activities. There are fantasy novels about dragons and wizards, non-fiction books about space exploration, and some classic children's stories too. If the weather is nice, I'll set up a cozy reading nook outside under the big oak tree. Getting lost in those magical book worlds sounds like the perfect relaxing May Day activity to me.
My final labor plan is to do some spring cleaning and decluttering around my room. My mom is always nagging me about how messy I let it get! She says you can barely walk across the floor with all my toys, books, and clothes scattered everywhere. So I'll go through my closets and toy boxes and donate anything I've outgrown or don't use anymore. It feels so good to get organized and make space for new things. My Labor Day Plans
Yay, it's Labor Day soon! That means a whole three days with no school! I'm so excited because I have the best plans ever for my Labor Day break. Get ready, because I'm going to tell you all about them!
First up, my family and I are going camping! We're leaving bright and early Saturday morning before the sun even comes up. I've never been camping in the woods before, so I can't wait. My dad says we're going to a campground with a huge lake where we can go swimming, fishing, and canoeing.
