2017年12月大学英语六级考试作文试题评析（三）

For this part,you are allowed.30minutes to write an essay commenting on the say­ing'"Understand others,and you will be understood."You can cite examples to illustrate your views.You should write at least150words but no more than200words.
2017年12月大学英语六级考试的三道作文试题都属于阐述道理型。

这类题目一般是一句谚语俗语或者名人隽语，揭示一个做人做事道理。

由于这类作文要求考生论述一个抽象道理，其写法迥然不同于阐释现象型作文。

考生在下笔之前须认真审题。

这道题目包括两个部分:理解别人和被别人理解。

我们仔细审题后发现，理解别人和被别人理解之间其实并不存在必然的联系。

前者既不是后者的充分条件，也不是后者的必要条件。

但是，考生在考场上如果拿到了这样的题目千万不能与题目抬杠，唯一能做的就是承认题目很有道理并设法阐明这个道理。

本题中的关键词是understand,它的意思比较宽泛，小到日常琐事，大到理想追求，人们在许多方面都需要理解和被理解。

我们认为，本题中的understand指的是理解别人的感情、思想或追求，即精神上的共鸣。

这篇文章不妨写成三个段落。

第一段引出题目中的名言或谚语，然后通俗而简洁地解释它的意思，此为点题。

第二段阐述这个名言或谚语的正确性。

如何阐述呢？解题指导中的cite examples to illustrate your views为我们指出了正确的方法：举例法。

需要注意的是，举例是为了证明文章的观点，所以举例一定要贴切。

比如本题，你不妨以自己报考大学的经历为例子，阐明人与人之间的理解是互相的：你想学习艺术，渴望成为一名艺术家，而你父亲却坚持让你学工科，于是彼此僵持不下。

在和父亲一番长谈之后，你才理解了他的执着：他自己在读中学时理科成绩优异，希望成为一名工程师，却因家境贫寒而辍学打工。

因此，他一直希望你能实现他未竟的梦想。

在你了解了父亲的故事并理解了他的梦想之后，你父亲也理解了你的渴望，支持你学习艺术。

通过这样一个例子，我们把这个道理具体化：只有你理解了父亲，你才能被父亲所理解。

第三段重述主题，先指出理解是双向的，然后向读者提出建议：如果想被别人理解，要首先设身处地为别人着想。

由于结尾段不是文章的重心，宜简洁明快，不要拖泥带水。
